I have pretty good skin that I always seem to get compliments on but it tends to be dry and I often get a buildup of clogged pores. I use an exfoliating cleanser but often it isn't strong enough to take care of the little "bumps" I get on my face from dry skin cells. This product did the trick. I use it about once or twice a week (depending on what's going on with my skin) and it makes my skin supremely soft and gets rid of those pesky bumps. My skin is fresh, glowing, and smooth. For you sensitive skin-ites out there, make sure to rub gently in circles across skin and only for about 30 seconds rather than the 1-2 minutes recommended to decrease sensitivity.

I love OPI; from the moment I tried it (my pedicure for my prom night!) I have been in love with how perfectly smooth it goes on and how ridiculously long it lasts. I do my own pedicures at home and thanks to OPI I have people asking me where I go to get my nails done. Not only is the formula fantastic, the colors are great, too; there's such a wide range and all of them go on exactly as they look in the container. My absolute favorite is Koala Berry; it is the perfect bright, berry pink. These nail polishes are worth every penny you pay.

Eh. The lighter colors are very soft and pretty, even the opaque shades go on shiny and soft and not streaky or milky. I wore "Happily Ever After" for my wedding (great name, huh?) and it was soft, natural and beautiful. Perfect for my outdoor, garden wedding. Last year, though, I bought an inky purple shade to try out the trend and it was streaky and awful. I think I'll stick to Essie's sheer shades; it seems to be what they do best.

I am just beginning to dabble in mild anti-aging products and stronger ingredients in my skincare regimen and this is one of the first products I decided to try based on all the great reviews I have read and the Allure stamp of approval. It is fantastic; I have slightly sensitive skin and while the glycolic acid stings a bit (very normal) it has not caused me any real discomfort or reactive issues. I love the way this makes my skin look; it looks tight, fresh, and smooth. Even after the first use, you just glow. I find that it helps me control the dry skin cell build up on my face very effectively. And the price is great. Avon really does their research and their skincare products are a match for any high-end brand's.

Mmmm... I love the Dr. Pepper version; it smells and tastes so good and deposits such a pretty, fresh, reddish tint. Used these since I was little and am drawn to them still. Good quality, good price. Are they the most sophisticated, high-performing balms? No, but they're pretty darn good and how could you not be intrigued by all those flavors?

I wasn't sure what to expect from this perfume as I usually do not like the luxury brand perfumes; too heavy and old-fashioned. When I first spritzed this on I was pleasantly surprised; it actually makes you go, "Ooooo! Yummy!". The scent is purported to be a "Damask Rose brimming with red berries, surrounded by Sandalwood and Vetiver". The red berries definitely come through (which is maybe why I liked it; I prefer fruitier, fresher scents to florals); not sure about the rose or sandalwood but the fragrance does have a nice, cozy, fuzzy, warmth to it. It's good for day because it's soft and light, but also has a nice sexiness for an evening date. Overall a very nice, soft scent. Worth the $60? It's a toss up.

I have to say; this mascara was definitely not on my "must-try" list, but it is one small but mighty product. I bought a mark kit that went on sale with some liquid liners, cream shadows, and this mascara and it is definitely the standout in the kit. This mascara separates and thickens lashes perfectly. It's one the best formulas I've tried. And so affordable! The only drawback? The brush and wand are TINY. It's really hard to maneuver but you get fantastic results. Definitely worth a try.

I have used this eyeliner in the Bronze Edge shade for years now (they used to have a wider range of colors in these, now they only carry three) and I always get compliments when I wear it. It is similar to the Urban Decay liquid liners (the colors are just as pigmented and dramatic) but for much cheaper. Love that. The applicator brush is thin and deposits a perfect, precise line. Don't be turned off by the "metallic" effect; these liners are still sophisticated and soft and leave a hint of sheen that is also very in right now.

This is one great product and it's for a few reasons but what has to be my favorite is that this gloss is not sticky or goopy at ALL; it feels really nice on; smooth, creamy, not too thick. It isn't a plumping formula but I find that it hydrates and plumps my lips and makes them look full and healthy; better than any other so-called "plumping" gloss I have tried. I wasn't too too thrilled when shopping for colors, some of them looked very flat and didn't look like they'd be flattering. I tried Pillow Talk, it is a tad bright for my fair skin but overall is a really pretty, soft pink that doesn't have any sparkle to it. Also, the gloss doesn't last very long at all, you will need to reapply quite often but what is nice is the glossiness goes away quickly but a slight stain of color remains behind and looks quite pretty. Overall a very nice gloss that looks sexy and sophisticated and non-sticky.

Kiehl's #1 is fantastic. It's rich and emollient and really saves beaten-up winter lips as well as dry, sunburned summer smackers. It's not a fancy-shmancy gloss, but a great balm that you can even use on cuticles. It's a great, basic, unfussy all-purpose balm that I can always fall back on. It can be a tad greasy, but when you really need it (i.e. your lips are drier than the sahara) it sinks right in and feels great. And, by the way, the scent is yummy; kind of like an oatmeal cookie.
