Perricone's Ceramic Skin serum really works well as a primer/moisturizer. I have oily skin and am able to use this as a two-step product, combining moisturizer and primer into one. Anything that helps me skip a step is a good thing. Does a great job at keeping foundation on and oil off. Only downside? The price. It's a bit on the pricey side. Although if I use it as a moisturizer and a primer, I'm actually saving money, so it works out well in my favor.

Softoil Massaging Moisturizer, Melt Away Stress isn't your typical baby oil moisturizer, even if it is made by Johnson and Johnson. It feels far lighter on the skin, and that could be due to the glycerin as it's base instead of the traditional mineral oil. I like to use it directly after the shower but before drying off. The scent is noticeable, but not cloying. Johnsons calls it "Aromasoothe," and it is nice. I'm sure there is a touch of lavender in it, and perhaps chamomile. I can't really figure out any of the other notes, though. It doesn't interfere with my daily fragrances. It keeps the flaky skin at bay, and it feels wonderful directly after shaving. I've also used it after a homemade salt scrub and it was just the perfect level of moisturizing - not too heavy, but en

This gardenia-scented body oil is luxurious. You can use it as a bath oil, as a body oil, or as massage oil. I personally love to add just a touch to my bath to make my skin super soft.

I just used it on my eye area, as I'm always weary of putting anything new on my breakout-prone face. But even there I was impressed with the serum. It had a definite mattifying effect, which is always a bonus for me. Plus, it make my skin feel super soft. I even had other people touch it after applying it just to make sure I wasn't dreaming the whole thing. And it caused absolutely no problems for my skin at all - in fact, I do believe it did a great job kind of plumping up the few smile lines I have around my eyes.

This is a fantastic scrub if you are looking for the highest concentration of beta hydroxy acid (salicylic acid) on the market. BHAs are the only known agent that can penetrate through the layer of sebum (oil) and get down into the pore to prevent and treat breakouts. The bonus with this scrub is that it also has physical exfoliants that, while probably ineffective on actual pore cleansing, certainly feel good. And those physical exfoliants still work well to clear away dead or flaky skin, so that's well worth it. This is my go-to scrub, and I use it in conjunction with the Oil Free Acne Wash. The grapefruit scented one is exactly the same as this, only it has a fruity grapefruit scent. Perfect for those of us who deal with acne on a daily basis, and especially those of us who have adult skin.

While this isn't a staple, it's a great addition to any beauty junkie's toolbox. Works really well to brighten up eyes using a shimmer powder for the inner corner and a matte powder for the brow and lower lash line. Super easy to use, and very effective.

I wasn't sure that this was going to be something that I reached for on a daily basis. I'm not much of al lipliner person, since I normally wear gloss. But with all the new dark shades coming out this fall, I was searching for something that would be more universal than investing in tons of dark liners that I might or might not ever use. Surprisingly, though, I really like it. You apply it right outside the lipline, then blend with your finger. It works extremely well holding gloss in place and with the dark colors. And the pencil will last you forever - you don't use much product at any one time, so the price isn't that bad. I'm still not a huge fan of lipliners, but I'll probably use this one more consistently than any other.

If you want a bright splash of color that lasts, Urban Decay's line of Deluxe Eyeshadows will NOT let you down. Each of the colors are bright and heavily pigmented, but still blend well with each other or other shadows. While these aren't for the faint at heart, or even the neutral girls, those who love color will find these shadows fit the bill perfectly. And the price is still reasonable for such a great quality.

but in order to really reap the benefits of this line, I think you need to at least combine it with the conditioner, if not the entire line. I think the shampoo helps in terms of keeping the volume down to a minimum, and it isn't drying, I'm not sure that there is any other benefit to it over most other shampoos. Combined with the conditioner, you'll see more results.

This conditioner does a fantastic job at smoothing out my coarse, rough hair. And when you're trying to make curly hair flat, you need all the help you can get! It's my understanding that this product has won several awards, and it's easy to see why. It's priced reasonably and delivers consistently great results.
