I love this topcoat a lot. I have it in silver and somehow the black shatters a lot better (if that makes sense). You do have to apply it fairly quickly and not too much or else the shatter won't look great. It just takes a couple of tries and then you'll get the hang of what works and what doesn't. It looks awesome if you use a bright color underneath, like fuschia or pale green because it gives it a nice contrast. However, I used it with a jewel blue toned OPI color underneath that isn't super bright or anything and it rocked. It seriously looked so cool and it was a bit more subtle which is good if you're worried about wearing it to work. I'd recommend this to anyone lookign for something different to do with your nails. It looks super fancy and is crazy easy to pull off. I think I'm going to try it with OPI's Linkin Park After Dark and see how that looks.

I've been using this product for a few years now and I will never use another type of lip balm again. I've never tried the regular version but I love this honey one and I've been told that you can even smell the honey on my lips when I wear it! I bring it with me when I go away for a few days because I just can't live without it. As soon as I'm out, I have to go out and buy a new one. I had been on the hunt for the perfect lip balm for awhile and i think I've tried all the major brands out there: Chap Stick, Aveeno, Soft Lips, and some medicated one and Burt's Bees always comes out on top. In the winter when my lips get dry from the cold and start to crack, I know a couple coats of Burt's later I'll be good as new. Also, it's awesome under lipstick.

Wow, can I just say how much I love this product??? Ok being from Canada I couldn't find it anywhere but FINALLY found the thing a couple weeks ago on eBeauty, this canadian site. Also, I heard Kim Kardashian was into it sooo more motivation to try it haha. I was soo impressed by the way it easily blended my foundation. The shape of the sponge is ideal for doing around your nose and I like that it came with the cleanser since I never really know what to clean my makeup brushes and stuff with. The only downfall as some of the ladies have already said is the steep price. Unfortunately there aren't any Target's in Canada (soon though!!!) soo this one will have to last me awhile!

I really liked this mascara until I tried the orange version, which is volumizing, and like it SO much better that I switched. Then CG came out with a mascara in a blue/purple tube that is basically a combo of this LashExact mascara and the orange volumizing one. Needless to say, the combo one is a million times better than this. If you're looking for something basic for your eyelashes, then you won't go wrong with this. But if you like big, full lashes, get the combo one instead.

I used to have a hatred of buying drugstore mascaras and then when I was doing an internship I decided I needed to cut costs in the makeup area, haha. Anyhow, I went through a phase of buying CoverGirl mascara but this one was on sale one dayand I'd seen a lot of ads for it so I tried it out. I actually am really into this mascara! It gives me full lashes without being gloppy or gross. The only thing that bothered me initally was the smell of it...I dunno why some companies choose to fragrance their mascaras, I find it sort of strange. But I'm used to the smell now and I wouldn't hold that against it! If you're looking for a cheapie mascara, give this one a try. I would never buy it at full price (might as well buy the dept. store stuff in that case, haha) but would for sure grab it again on sale.

I haven't tried a ton of Cargo Cosmetics and being sort of new to buying makeup online made me hesitate. Anyhow I ended up ordering it off eBeauty and couldn't be more pleased. I really liked the makeup case it came in...a lot sleeker than some other ones I've used before. It went on nicely, not too heavily at all like a lot of other drugstore brands I've used. Maybe there only used to be one color but when I ordered mine I noticed that there were 4 different shades to choose from, so maybe they've made a few improvements to the product? I'm pretty pale and the light color was perfect for me. I would definitely buy this again when I run out!

I seriously love these things. I find them very easy to apply, unlike the OPI Sephora ones. These are a lot more malleable and easy to fit to my nails. I find it a bit easier to apply if you hold the strip between your fingers for a couple seconds to heat it up a little. It's also nice that they include a ton of different sizes for all finger sizes. I'm wearing laced up now and they've lasted through a crazy weekend and the last time I wore them, they lasted for over 2 weeks. And that was working at a library, typing and using my hands all day. The only negative I can think of (which wouldn't stop me from wearing them) is that some of them are the wrong shapes for the cuticles on certain fingers. Also, ya the price is a little high, but I think it's worth it. Especially considering the thousands of compliments I get when I'm wearing them, haha.
