This skin polisher exfoliates skin very well in my experience. My skin is fair, acne prone and sensitive. This does not irritate my skin and glides over very nicely. It contains tiny jojoba beads, and this product does not contain synthetic fragrances or parabens. I do wish it was a bit cheaper but this product is worth it. It smells just like mint, so it is very refreshing to use in the morning; the packaging is gorgeous, makes me feel very luxurious . 75 ml. jar lasted me almost three months, so it's a great buy. Also, it did not irritate my skin, I actually believe it helped me with the breakouts. I would buy again.

So another product I have been wanting to try and I finally got a sample to try this out. First of all, my skin is fair, I mean white sheets fair...so four hours later I noticed almost no difference. I love that it is a towel so it is so easy to apply but it did not tan my skin much at all. I did not notice any weird striking so that's extremely satisfying but this product is not worth the money to me. Also my skin felt dry so I had to apply a really moisturizing lotion hours later. Another thing I don't like about this is that it has parabens, artificial fragrance and urea (all of which are known to cause skin inflammation), so that is definitely a turn-off for me. I think I will stick with Tarte self-tanner for now.

My very first time trying Soap and Glory, I was super excited because I have been wanting to try some of their products. This butter is moisturizing indeed and feels nice when you apply it but the smell just kills me, and one of the ingredients is parfum, artificial fragrance which I am not a fan of. I am glad I got to try this before buying it. Very adorable packaging, old fashioned and very feminine.

I have a whole bag of YBF makeup products that I purchased like a year ago that I am not willing to get rid of...I am pretty sure I bought it on QVC and my favorite item was the brow pencil..which unfortunately fell apart less than two weeks later...I was crushed...but was unwilling to order another one from them. In fact, I havent bought anything else since from YBF. When I received a sample of this I was excited because I heard that this is one of the best primers for face makeup. It goes on smooth, but I did not find that it hides my imperfections like it claims it would, such as big pores and discolorations. Having said that when I applied my makeup I loved the finishing look, so much better than without a primer, and my makeup stayed on all day. Since it is summer now this is a must have product in my opinion I just hope it does not make my skin break out like some others primers have in the past. I have only used this twice so it's too early to tell for me. YBF is cruelty free which makes me happy and also paraben-free =)

I have never heard of this brand until I received this sample trio to review here so I was a bit excited ...but I am not impressed .The cleanser was ok, easy to use and seemed gentle enough. As a cleanser it did the job but I was only able to use it once so I can't say much about using it long term. It has lemongrass and neroli oils which is nice. The body scrub smells a bit too strong for me, like coffee but also some sort of perfume, which makes me think it is not that natural. It contains granules that are a bit too large for me, since I have sensitive skin I know this I won't buy. The face oil was probably my favorite product as far as the application and smell, also it made my skin look good and healthy. However, I do have acne prone skin and I had some new breakouts while using it (2 day supply) but I am not sure if it was caused by the oil or something else, it could have been a coincidence but I am not sure I will take the chance and buy the full size. The packaging is beautiful and all of those products have some unique ingredients that I have never heard of, such as african kola nut and trichilia oils, mongongo nut oil, and others but I feel like this may not be for my skin.

I have never heard of this brand before and I am very happy I was given an opportunity to try this out and review it. I have used it three times so far so I can not speak for long term use effects of this product but I like it already. I am not going to say that this is a magical product..no, but it is one of the best I have ever tried. It gives volume whether applied on dry or wet hair, does not make hair greasy, gives a clean and fresh feeling and what a simple pleasant smell. Personally it did not give me much bounce but that is fine with me, and I think this is a great product for someone with straight lifeless hair, very fine hair. My hair is a bit more on a frizzy side and it sort of calmed it down, again, without making my hair feel oily or greasy or weighed down. I checked out the website and it seems that there are many more products that really look great, I would be interested in trying out those as well. The website is gorgeous, and the company is all for against animal products and testing =) Free of parabens and sulfates, but this particular product does have fragrance. Another thing is you only need a small amount of product, a little bit goes a long way for sure on this one. Great find, I am excited !

So this sugar scrub does the job for sure; it left my skin soft and exfoliated. I have never heard of this company or this product and personally I don't buy scrubs, I simply make my own, but this sample was a nice treat. It smells like vacation in a tube but just a bit too strong for me. It does have Blue dye in it and artificial fragrance so I wouldn't personally buy it for those reasons. One good thing about it though is that it is not too rough on the skin, so it is more of a pleasure to use than some other harsh scrubs.

So I have never used a lip primer mainly because I did not think it was very essential. I had an opportunity to review this and I am glad I tried it...it works and I am very happy. First of all, TOO FACED is cruelty-free overall, and this particular product is vegan friendly so I would buy this for sure. My lipstick pretty much stayed on for most of the day, which was pretty incredible because usually it does not last more than an hour. Also I found that one of my sheer lipsticks turned out to be somewhat matte on my lips after using this primer underneath, I loved that as well. I even had meals and I still had color on my lips after I was done. For me it really works and it's very easy to apply. =)

Wow! This lip gloss has tons of glitter, so shiny, it made me feel like a little girl haha I am not a huge fan of lip glosses on the first place but this one is especially too much for me, especially to wear daily. I received it in full size, GLG03-Beat Goes On shade, it looks medium pink in the tube but on the lips it's somewhere between light pink and coral. I was so distracted by the glitter I wasn't sure it was easy to tell what color it was to be honest. It is a bit sticky, a bit more than some other lip glosses I have tried, so this wouldn't be my go-to lip gloss. I think it stays on well, especially the glitter, when I tried it on my hand, it was very difficult to get it off. Also NYX is cruelty-free which is the first thing I look at when buying products but this lip gloss contains a coloring agent carmine which is a substance of animal origin, can cause allergies so I personally wouldn't risk that either. (Note: this product was sent to me for a review)

So I received a nice size sample of this to review but this is not my first time using this product. I used to be a birchbox member so I had the opportunity to discover the product. So, this Serious Skincare Glycolic Retexturizing gommage is interesting to use because it is an exfoliator but to me it felt more like a mask. So I love the packaging, and also the fact that this company is cruelty-free, that makes me very happy. It is sort of gray-green color and very easy and fun to apply, also dries fast, and I left it on for 10 minutes just as directed. I have combination and sensitive skin but it did not sting, burn or irritate my skin at all, so that part was nice, also it felt cooling on my skin which I liked. The smell is not bad in my opinion but I prefer products that do not contain artificial fragrances (because they can cause inflammation) but this one does, it also smells a bit like clay, and Kaolin is one of the ingredients as well so that makes sense. When I was washing it off it felt like there were some invisible tiny particles that kind of made me feel like I was going to have a well-exfoliated skin. Honestly I did not think it did much other than somewhat making my skin feel smooth right afterwords but nothing like its claims. It claims to tighten the look of complexion, extremely exfoliate, and make skin look younger after just one application. I did not see any of those results unfortunately but maybe it would do better on different complexions. Also, maybe it is the kind of product that delivers great results after using for a while but it's hard to tell. I would not personally purchase this but I was thrilled to try it again just to clear any doubts I had about the product. Again, I love that Serious Skincare is cruelty-free, that is a huge plus and I would be interested in discovering some of their other products.
