At first the price put me off, but I found the Multiple my "go to" product during the summer. It's quick and easy to use. The color is flattering and it's great for a natural beauty type look. I didn't like it as much for the lips as I found it dry.

I tried a sample of this and was instantly won over. I had previously tried a dept store brand and was not impressed. If I forget to apply this base before my shadow, I'll know by lunch time. I've also found that if I swipe a thin line below my lower lashes it helps keep my eyeliner in place.

Wow! Only ONE dollar (US) for a foundation brush? It seemed to be too good to be true. For that little, it was worth buying a couple to try and I'm glad I did! They're great foundation brushes for the price. I find they're a bit rough like some of their other brushes, but I can't complain for the price. They clean easily and I've been using mine for about two years now with no problems! I even recommended it customers when I worked at a cosmetics couner. (Sssssshhh!)

It's taken me <ahem> quite a number of years to find a foundation that I really like. I tend to fall between colors, or find that the formulas are tinted to pink or yellow for me. Appliedly thinly over a primer, Mat Velvet+ provides beautiful, even, moderate coverage. If you need more, build it up slowly. It does a great job at covering some scars on my face, that sometimes I don't need concealer! It needs to be be "buffed" or smoothed after your done applying in order to get that flawless, velvet look. Its staying power is fantastic - It's survived my working in a restaurant kitchen for 8+ hours! No breakouts or oiliness for me when I use it!

If the Goddess Aphrodite created cosmetics and skincare, she would have created Smashbox's Photo Finish Foundation Primer. I was highly skeptical at first, but now I don't go without it. It goes on so smoothly, it feels silky. I had feared it would be greasy feeling or that my makeup would slide right off. I was (happily) wrong! I've slightly large pores and am just beginning to get a couple of tiny lines under my eyes. This primer evens out my skin for nearly flawless foundation. A small dab will do and it doesn't cause my skin to break out! And if those weren't reasons enough, my makeup lasts much longer (and I find I use less foundation too!).

I always have a tough time finding the right concealer for under eye circles. Smashbox's camera ready is my new best friend. I'll dot a little bit under my eyes and blend with a concealer brush-- especially to get into the inner corners of my eyes. It goes on smoothly and won't settle into fine lines if you build the coverage slowly, otherwise you have a cakey mess. I love the range of colors to choose from. Number 2 is just right for me. It also works well covering some scars around my eye and lip area that I have from a recent accident. It's sleekly packaged and a decent sized tube since a little bit goes a long way.

I couldn't believe I found a lipgloss that had shine, flattering colors, decent staying power (for a gloss) and just the right amount of shimmer to keep from looking like I stole my daughter's lipgloss! "Sweet" is my favorite color in Stila's IT Gloss. The price is comparable to most cosmetics brands (heck even drugstore brands are getting very pricey). I had a deluxe sample that lasted a very long time. The color stays true and works well applied over lipstick as well. However, like most glosses, any window blown hair strands caught in it.

I've tried numerous samples of FF's Glossing Shampoo and have loved how clean and smooth my hair has been afterward. However, I never really noticed it becoming extra shiny. Now that I've read the other reviews, it seems that it needs to be paired with the matching conditioner to get it right. I strongly recommend people trying out samples or trial sizes since the results tend to vary greatly. Who wants to plunk down that much money for iffy results?

After reading many articles about dry shampoos, I took the plunge and bought a small bottle of Oscar Blandi's Dry Shampoo. It's terrific for a mid-day refresher for my bangs or at the nape of my neck during those hot summer days. With having fine hair, it will add texture to it so I can pull it up and not have the clips slipping out within minutes. My little girl also has fine hair and I use this to freshen hers up between baths-- she loves the scent and will not use the spray or any other formula.

I received a sample of Lancome's B-Facil Makeup Remover and fell in love! Previously I endured morning racoon eyes, because nearly every eye makeup remover was either harsh or ineffective. Just a little bit on a cotton square held over my eye for a few seconds, removes even waterproof mascara. A few gentle swipes and the makeup is gone; what minimal oily residue that's left behind washes off when I wash the rest of my face. No more going to bed looking like I had a crying fest in the bathroom!
