Get What You Pay For
I know we all use the standby $1.00 eyeliners most of the time, but if you're going to splurge on a fun color, this is the way to go. I debated for months over whether to buy "1999" and finally broke down because--$18.00 for an eyeliner! But it is the La Mer of eyeliner, so it's worth it. I go with purple eyeliner a lot because I have hazel eyes with lots of green in them, and I've never seen any...read more other color like "1999," a plum with glitter. It's actually has a redder tint than other "plum" or "raisin" eyeliners, which does not sound good, but I actually love the unexpected, bloodshot, glam-rock edge. It literally "glides on," exactly as the name indicates. You have some time to play with blending once you apply, but then it pretty much stays put. I also have contact lenses and this doesn't irritate at all, even when I line my inner rim. I'm only taking one star away because it'd need to be more affordable to be perfect. I'd own one of these in every color if it were at all possible. Best Eyeliner Yet!
I've tried many waterproof eyeliners and many have failed me by smearing under my eyes and just not staying on. But this is like a "Ta-Daaaaa" eyeliner... it stays on! It even stays on my waterline and doesn't run like other eyeliners do throughout the day. I have it in "zero" and it's a true black shade. It glides on smoothly and is highly pigmented. Grabs your lids and won't let go!
These are the creamiest pencils I own, and I mean that in the best way - they apply so smoothly. The color range is great, with a number of colors that suit green or brown eyes. Rockstar Lives Up to it's Name

Ok, but not worth the price.
Need an eye primer to really make this product last. It starts to smudge in a couple of hours, especially in humidity w/ oily skin. I don't know about 24/7
But it lasts a bit longer than cheaper eyeliners. I have it in Zero and it is a smooth and soft eye pencil. It's not quite as black as Perversion but that is a limited edition eyeliner..which saddens me. However, this eyeliner did give me puffy and swollen eyes after using it on my waterline (you shouldn't do this with any eyeliner, really) but I like it for smudging on my eyelids. I love it!
I have this in Zero because I got it in my NYC pallette and I understand the upset at it being too soft but for the waterline I set it with a matte black powder and it doesn't budge for me and I have VERY weepy eyes.
