I am serious about anti aging skin care for mature ( 40's and beyond) skin and playful about make-up and hair products. 

I grew  tired of the hype offered by companies selling anti aging creams advertising flimsy claims and "clinical trials" that don't measure much. My skin is "mature" so fighting the signs of aging is really important to me. I stopped using all anti aging skin care potions for over a year so I could determine what works for me from a baseline of skin untreated with anti-agers and moisturizers other than sunscreen. (I wouldn't risk my health or create extra damage for the sake of an experiment)

I am using only products containing peer reviewed, independently tested ingredients. I am adding new anti-aging products and at home treatments systematically.

Make-up is another story- I love to try new products, new colors- anything at all.
