Jane Iredale Cream to Powder Eye Liner

not quite enough pigment for me

surprisingly from this product. as I love everything else I got on my JI haul. Have the jewel box tones (4) colors are gorgeous but not quite enough depth of color. I have to first put a 'base' of BB espresso gel liner then put this on top. Nice effect BUT it never quite 'dries' as well as BB gel liner either. still, love the colors and i use everyday.
