at 68 years I don't expect to see BIG changes when I try a new eye cream. this product has changed my expectations. it's slightly lifted skin over my eyes. it's reduced puffiness and lines under my eyes. and it's made the crows feet almost disappear. all this in one week. I, too would have given it a ten if it weren't for the price.
