This only gets 1 star because it won't let me give 0! After reading review after glowing review (you'd think this was gold in a bottle), I finally purchased some of this. I didn't really care for the texture on my lids, but I thought "eh, if it works, so what?" Well...it does not work for me. It did nothing for intensifying my shadows (as some claim - that wasn't why I bought it though). I don't have a big creasing problem but this product did NOT keep my shadow from creasing at all. And even worse, after a couple of weeks of using it, my eyelids got very dry and flaky. Another nitpick for this product -- the packaging is horrible! The shape of the container and the applicator makes it impossible to get all the product out if you do like it. I've seen many accounts of people cutting into theirs with knives and scooping out what amounts to half the product -- product they couldn't get out with the applicator. This is ridiculous and I think Urban Decay should address the packaging so that people can acutally use what they pay for. You shouldn't have to risk injuring yourself just to get to the product!

Even the flat paddle foundation brush (like MAC 190) can't compare to this brush. There is no better, easier way to apply liquid foundation and get a fabulous finish. I have 3 of these! (1 short handled version for travel, 1 for liquid and 1 for powder) Liquid - no streaking, light finish that you can build if you want, perfect texture - almost a diffused effect Powder - gives a nice, light finish. This is great for blush, especially blushes that are highly pigmented and need a light touch. An expensive brush at $42 US, but so, so worth the price.

My MAC makeup artist never steers me wrong and when he recommended this to me, I gave it a shot. My lashes are average at best, they aren't very long, very thick or very easy to curl. So I'm always using a lash curler, applying mascara, then brushing through it to get out any clumps and separate lashes. This brush eliminates a step for me. I can apply mascara then flick up and through my lashes and it helps give them some curl and cleans them up all in one step.

Overall, I've been very pleased with 24/7 liners, but not all colors have the same staying power. Rockstar, Zero and Stash are all gorgeous on and have great staying power. Bourbon and Gunmetal don't last as long on me. All of them are very smooth - no tugging and pulling when they apply.

I would have never picked the Peche Tendre for myself, but a makeup artist used it while doing a makeover for me and it is a stunning product. The powder is so smooth and fine gives me just the slightest hint of color and doesn't get dry and leave my skin flaky. Never heavy or mask-like. This is one that I will happily repurchase again and again.

The 217 brush is so versatile -- you can do an all-over wash of color, shade your eyelid crease or use it to blend shadow you've applied. It can be used for powder and cream shadows and I even use it to smooth out my concealer and sometimes to contour the sides of my nose. MAC brushes might seem expensive, but they are a great investment - with a little care and frequent washing, these brushes will last 10 years or longer!
