Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil

Below average performance

I have tried every eyeliner on the market from the most expensive to the cheapest, looking for one that will not smudge or smear. For me eyeliner holds less than two hours before I have to grab a tissue and start wiping underneath my eyes. This product performs below average for me, I get about thirty mins wear no matter how I apply it.
