10 Years of use & Counting

It is an understatement to say that I love this product. It was the first foundation that I ever used as a teenager and I have yet to find any other product that I like better. My aunt has used it for over 15 years and we both have always been complimented on our makeup. My girlfriends still can't believe that this is the foundation that I use everyday. It is great for covering up just about anything and evening skin tone throughout your face. I use it above my concealer and below my blush & on areas with age spots to create even skin tone. It has never caused me to have a breakout like other foundations have even in the Summer when I usually don't have time to wash it off at night. I truly believe this is a great affordable product in too many shades (I have always been a creamy natural in the winter & buff beige in the summer) and I have medium to fair freckled skin. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. :)

CoverGirl Fresh Complexion Under-Eye Concealer

A downfall to CoverGirl

I am usually a huge advocate of CoverGirl products due to their availability and price. Most of them I use everyday but this concealer is not one of them anymore. I tried using the whole tube but could not find myself to do so. It is ok for covering pimples quickly but I found that it cakes up on them whether they are popped already or not. It is also not great for under eye coverage unless paired with other products because it creases and has a power look when applied (my husband can tell when I am wearing it). Sadly this is one product of CoverGirl's I will not use again.

I was referred to this product by a sales associate at Ulta and ended up loving it! I have tried multiple concealers in attempts to cover up the bags under my eyes and they all seem to not last long enough or are not the right consistency for full coverage. I was somewhat disappointed when I got home and my neutral medium shade was a tad bit too light for my medium to fair skin but I applied a small amount of darker foundation over it and it still worked great. It is very thick so you need the tiniest amount but the coverage is amazing. It stays on all day while I'm at work and I never have to re-apply like I needed to before. It isn't noticeable that you have it on like most concealers that are either too powdery or crease, this doesn't do either of those. I really am happy with it and it took me years to find a great concealer but next time I will go a shade darker.
