I was fortunate enough to receive this product as part of a BzzAgent campaign. I've been using it at night for several weeks, with Philosophy Turbo Booster Vitamin C powder in the morning. This seems to be a winning combo- lines diminished, glowy skin, and redness has diminished. Monthly breakouts have diminished significantly The packaging really seals the tube and keeps it fresh. The scent is not terrible, though I would prefer fragrance-free. But...online sources state this company STILL uses animal testing. It is hard to believe that in the 21st century, this company has not adapted alternate methods as many large and well-respective cosmetics companies have done. I've written to the company and I will gladly update my review if they have in fact discontinued animal testing. However, I will not in clear conscience be able to purchase this product in the future.

I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to try this through a BzzAgent campaign. Berry Smooch is a lovely, sheer stain that leaves the lips looking naturally flushed and defined. I did not find this drying at all, it was even a bit hydrating. I exfoliated my lips in the morning with a damp baby wash cloth, so I would not worry about flaky lips grabbing the lip color. Cover Girl Outlast comes in many shades, unlike many companies that just offer a few bright hued stains. This lasts a few hours and wears off evenly. Berry Smooch gives a beautiful romantic flushed look to the lips.. This is the product I've been looking for years to find! I was therefore so disappointed to learn this product contains parabens. I do wish Cover Girl used a preservative with less controversy concerning possible health effects, since it is in the lip area and therefore will be ingested. So, for now, I will sadly not repurchase - but I hope they will revise the ingredient listing soon (and not test on animals to find an alternate formula)!!

A very soothing balm with a soft, comforting texture. Gives lips a smooth sheen and very subtle hint of color, unlike many balms which can make lips look pale and coated. I use this throughout the day and also before bed (it is nice to have rosy lips for bedtime!) I enjoy the scent too!

Not only does this deliver pretty and sheer color , it also has a non-chemical sunscreen (zinc oxide). A daytime must!

Delivers volume, but the big brush deposits mascara eyelids if you are not extremely careful. I prefer Prescriptives False eyelashes, which has a densely bristled brush that is more compact and easier to apply.

This is a fine lip gloss, but it does not moisturize as well as the Burt's Bees Pomegranate lip balm.

Wonderful sunscreen...it protects with non-chemical physical sunscreens titanium dioxide and zinc oxide in a cosmetically elegant lightweight lotion that does not feel greasy or cause acne. It has a slight tint so it does not go on chalky. Love it!

Gently cleans and leaves hair shiny and full. Unusual addictive fragrance. Have re-purchased many times over the years. A great shampoo.

Detangles like a dream, does not weigh hair down. Excellent for naturally curly hair, I have re-purchased this many times.

Lovely color and texture, not thick and plastic-y like the synthetic laden glosses many are accustomed to. Since we end up ingesting much of the lip gloss we apply, it is a good idea to use one with natural ingredients.
