Benefit Dallas is a blush/bronzer in one! It gives the skin a gorgeous rosy-bronze glow. You do need a light hand because it can look muddy on lighter skin tones. I hate the brushes because they don't really work if you want to use it for blush. While I think the cute boxes are cute I'd prefer a sleeker packaging so I can carry it with me.

I love using this also as a primer. Doesn't make your lip product cake or flake and keeps the colour on longer. It's a great plumper without all the stinging that I can handle lol .

I was in a makeup bind when I forgot to take my lipstick with me to an event (I gotta have it for touch-ups!) so I stopped at my local Shopper's Drugmart to see if I could pick up something cheap in a similar nude tone to my Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Bettina. I was drawn to Smashbox's limited edition colour from the Decadence collection. It's a beautiful creamy pinky-nude and is perfect with a smoky eye.The colour was also long-lasting and didn't leave a crust on the inner part of the lips. The colour hugged my lips and did make them feel very moisturized. However, the colour selection is pretty standard and so are the different textures. I don't regret the purchase but there's was nothing outstanding or special enough for me to buy another one. It was a little pricer than I wanted to spend and if I'm going to spend over $20 I'd rather stick to Nars. Overall, it's not a bad buy if you're a Smashbox fan.

I found with a lot of the glosses the colour would disappear on my lips. The texture was nice and smooth though. I liked having 2 colours in a big tin that you could layer over the other. But if you're someone that goes through gloss quickly these big tins don't actually hold a lot of product. And these also didn't hold up well in hot weather - a lot of times they would get liquidy. Overall, I haven't bought these in years and probably don't plan to again. There's too many other glosses out there that have both colour and shine and you don't have to use your finger! :)

I am absolutely addicted to the flavour more than anything! The shine is great if I want a moisturized lip with a glossy feel to it. It's great over other lip products. I prefer to use a normal balm because I find it can be a little sticky at times but my lips stay moisturized for a long time. My breath also feels fresh which is a nice added bonus!

This powder is a subtle pinky-gold highlighter that highlights the skin in all the right places. Nothing beats a good night's sleep but brushing on a bit of this over top of my makeup helps! To make it show up as a blush on my med-dark skin I have to swirl it a few times to get some colour to show up but it's a great choice for fair skinned women who want a pink flush. The packaging again like their other powders is cute but not very convenient to take around with you. The brush is ok if you're sweeping it all over the face but if you want to apply it as a blush use a real blush brush to avoid streakiness.

I did makeup for this bride and she just happened to bring her makeup bag to our makeup consultation. I had been wanting to try it for a long time. I fell in love instantly with the smooth texture and the brightening effect it gave her purple-blue under eyes! It covered them great and worked well at toning down the redness around her nose. I have #3 and love how instantly awake my eyes look. It's a little pricey but it's definitely worth it for me.

I really love this bronzer and have been using this for years. It really does give a natural bronze glow and the matte texture makes it wearable for any time of the day. If you need to add shimmer you can add a shimmery highlighter. Looks great under any blush. Non-streaky if you use a real round powder brush and not the one it comes with. Packaging is cute but not convenient to take with you in your purse or in your kit if you're an artist. But can't complain because it lasts for a long time.

I tested it on myself for a week or so and I liked the coverage. But there was something in the product that made my face so itchy! I am allergic to some products that have an SPF so maybe it was that. I've tried it on other clients and they loved it. With the clients who have oilier skin tones it made their face shiny and did not mattify. So, I think women need to definitely test it out before buying.
