I have been using Herbal Essences for years because I love the smell of it. I currently use this shampoo because it is gentle on my very fine hair. I often get complements that my hair looks very healthy.

I have normal skin and decided to try this as something new. The warm tingling effect was neat, but it only lasted about 5 seconds and then it was over. After trying to rinse it off my face, there was an oily residue left which I could not rinse off. Maybe that's supposed to be a good thing, but my face did not feel clean.

I love the smell of herbal essences shampoo and so does my husband. I often get complemented by the healthiness of my hair. I use this product not for keeping the color in, but for the fact that it is gentle on my very fine hair.
