Well, it smells a lot better than the old Nair or any other depil I've ever tried. This one kind of ushered in the arrival of depilatories that don't smell horrible. Still a strong smell though. I had to leave it on for longer than indicated in order to see any results. Thankfully no ill effects despite my having sensitive skin. Just make sure you don't apply it to even remotely damaged skin. Would get two more stars if the bottles didn't run out so fast.

It's a sticky mess to use. Very difficult to heat it up for the perfect amount of time (afraid of burning it..) Hurts a lot to apply so I apply to the sheets instead. Still hurts and doesn't work. You need a lot of prep, take a hot bath beforehand and stimulate pores. I've heard that using baby powder helps open the pores even more. I'm still tempted to try this again because there are so few affordable sugaring options available.

I used to think dollar store brands were good enough but they really aren't.. I love this one the most. Softest texture, fresh baby powders smell, I feel secure throughout the day with this.
