I have really fine and tempermental hair that is naturally medium brown that I had been dying a light warm blond. This conditioner works well, and smells great! I normally have to deep condition every other shampoo with my hair, but with this I could do 3-4 shampoos inbetween and keep it looking great.

I have extremely hard water where I live, and when I was dying my hair blond... it helped it from fading and changing color as bad as it normally would. Though after one bottle I got really bad shampoo burnout.

I had been lightening my naturally medium brown hair to a warm light blond, and this product used once or twice a week helped lessen my (really) obvious roots! It also kept my color from oxidizing too bad with my hard water! Must buy for bottle blondes!

I liked the color it gave me, but the smell it left negated any positive effects. The color looked natural (I am so pale... the lightest foundation in lines are too dark) but even people I worked with noticed its odd smell.

I normally hate lotion, because most leave my sensitive skin greasy and itchy, or smell horrible. This lotion has the PERFECT scent if you wear perfume since it isn't overpowering. My ketaris pelaris(sp) looks ten times better since I started using it. It is NOT greasy, which is mostlty why I hate wearing lotion. My boyfriend who is anti-lotion also, loves it!!! He's even pickier with scents than I am! It's even great when used giving (or geting)a massage!

I got a set that had the conditioner the shampoo and the silk therepy serum. The bottle of serum is worth about 30 dollars in that size so it was worth it for that. Though when I started to use the shampoo, I had shoulder length hair. It was shiny and soft. I used this shampoo for a month and did not heat style, and it made my hair fine and dry as straw, and that's with using the conditioner. I had to cut my hair into a bob because of this stuff!

I have no problems using generic products if they offer at least 75% of the results of the real product. This offered NONE of the same results. I had used the biolage shampoo and conditioner all through high school (so did my mom) with fantastic results. This made my roots oily and my ends dry! This was at a time when I didn't heat style my hair, and only washed it every other day. Waste of money. It only gets two stars for smelling very similar.

My mom and I had been using the biolage shampoo and conditioner for years because it was one of few things that would work on our hair. I tried this because it was so much cheaper and smelled similar in the store. It did nothing but make my hair greasy at the roots and extremely dry at the ends. Waste of money!

I orginially got this product in the 5 dollar bin at my local walmart. My friend had also bought it at the same time. I used it every other day, and she used it every day and we both broke out. She has oily skin, where I have sensitive skin. Needless to say I never bought the refils...
