i LOVE these. the colors are beautiful (they come in so many colors too), and they show up great. but they do smudge, unfortunately. definitely waterproof. and for some reason clumps get caught in my eyelashes but i think that happens with all eyeliners i use. overall i LOVE this product and ill continue to buy them. but 17 dollars...in my opinion thats way too expensive. the tip dulls easily and more sharpening = less product. thats my review :)
