I really like that this is a natural deodorant and antiperspirant and doesn't contain any aluminum like traditional antiperspirants. I also like the smell for the most part, though my ideal deodorant would smell more like rose or lavender and less like a pungent unidentifiable herbal smell. It can be messy, so I try to wait at least 5-10 minutes between putting it on and putting on a shirt so that it doesn't stain. It's not perfectly effective but does pretty well. I would want to reapply it after about 6-8 hours of normal day-to-day activity, or more like every 4 hours if I had been sweating a lot or were going to be intimately close to someone. So far it is the best out of the small handful of natural deodorants I have tried. It's not awesome enough that I am 100% satisfied, but effective enough that finding an alternative is relatively low on my priority list.

This is an example of, for the most part, getting what you pay for. Though they're not the cheapest eye shadows around, these are pretty inexpensive; the quality can be summed up by this, as well. Though the Mary Kay shadows are a bit nicer and probably stay on a bit better than most of the super-cheap ones I have tried, they definitely leave something to be desired. It takes several coats to get enough color on for me, and I don't even like really dark or heavy eye shadow, so this should tell you something. I tried some of the darker and lighter shades, and it was obvious that it wasn't the shade that made a difference - it was really hard to see as much of it on my lids as I wanted, regardless of shade, or even number of coats applied (though multiple coats do help a little). There seems to be a lot of filler material rather than actual pigment in the shades. It also comes off easily. Only an hour or two after I have applied the eye shadow (I have oily skin) most of it had seemed to come off. In other words, it's better than most of the cheapest options, and better than nothing, surely, but isn't high enough quality for what one might desire. Sufficient for very subtle looks and for those not looking to spend a lot of money, or for younger customers learning how to apply and wear makeup. Otherwise, it's probably best to invest more in a higher-quality brand.

This is the only mascara I have found that does not smudge under my eyes after a few hours of wearing it. This is a particular problem for me, as I have deep-set eyes, and oily skin. I can even wear it while exercising and sweating and it won't smudge - barely any comes off, at all! I also like that it comes off with water and light pressure, so I don't have to buy special eye makeup remover. The only downside is that it is not as natural as I would hope for - it contains many chemicals I'd rather avoid, just like most mascaras and beauty products do. It hasn't irritated my eyes, either, and I've been using it for a couple of weeks, now. As long as this all stays the same, this is my official mascara - and yes, it is worth the hefty price tag!

Maybe it's something about my body chemistry, but I sometimes have a hard time getting eye liners to go onto my skin, and this is no exception. I have to press fairly hard for it to go on, and even then it doesn't work well. It's too thick of a line, also. Plus, I can't use all of the product, and since it's not a pencil and is just a tube of liner, it's easy for it to break off. I've tried a couple of these and have gotten rid of them, as they're next to useless to me.

Of the handful of eye makeup removers I have used, this is the best. It doesn't leave a heavy film around my eyes after I've used it, like some removers do, and it is pretty effective. It also feels gentle and doesn't burn or sting, and there's no pungent or horrible odor. Sometimes I have to use a fair amount to get all my makeup off, but otherwise I don't really have any complaints. I would consider it expensive considering it's so cheap to make, but it's not a ton more expensive than drugstore brands (when amount is taken into account) and is more effective. Plus, it's cheaper than department store brands.

I like that this moisturizer doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy and is lightweight. I also like that it has SPF (a must for skin care in my book) and is inexpensive. However, I don't like the smell that comes with it - not just a sunscreen smell, but a bit of a chemical odor. It's fairly overwhelming - often when I put it on I have a slight chemical/sunscreen taste in my mouth, even though I don't put it on my lips or in my mouth. It's almost like it has fumes! If you can get over that I'd say it does does help some, though there are some times when I still feel that my skin is not hydrated enough (and I have oily skin!) and others when it's too oily. It's better than using no moisturizer, and it's hard to expect too much from such an inexpensive product, but I'm in search of something more effective and more natural.

I've used this cleanser for several months, and it is average. It does a basic job of cleansing and isn't too creamy or greasy for my oily skin, which I like. I also like the gel texture - just a personal preference. It doesn't have any strong odors like some facial products do. Basically it's not bad for a cheap drugstore buy (I'm all about saving money) but you sacrifice any extra quality that could be found somewhere else. I will use my current bottle until it has run out, at which point I plan to switch to a more natural alternative. It doesn't have a ton of nasty ingredients, but enough that I'd prefer something better for my skin. A pretty good cleanser for the beginner or lady on a budget, but better things are out there.

Overall this is a good product. When used correctly, it can pull the gunk out of my pores that won't come out from normal cleansing and exfoliation. After using it, if you hold the strip against a white piece of paper and under a light, you can see tons of little pore-sized extractions stuck on it - fabulous! There are a couple of drawbacks, though. (In my experience) it's easy to use too much water on your face, in which case the strip will not properly adhere to your skin, and you will end up with a gunky white paste where you put the strip. To avoid this, I use them right after I get out of the shower, but have dried my face off (so my skin has had time to moisten and pores have opened up a bit). I then re-wet my face with warm water in the area where I will apply the strip, and run my (clean) fingers over the area so that it is wet, but there is not a lot of excess water. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, it should feel like dried paper mache on your skin. The other drawback is that when it does adhere properly, it adheres very tightly, and when you remove the gunk from your pores, it also feels like you're removing a bit too much skin. Nothing really severe, not like you can see layers of skin on the strip or anything, but it hurts coming off, and usually leaves a little redness where I have used it on my face. I use the strips about once every week or two, because I think the benefits outweigh these drawbacks. If you do use them, do not use them on any scabbed areas, open wounds, or zits, as the top layer sometimes comes off and leads to bleeding - yikes. I would still recommend them, though.

This is the best foundation I have tried. I've had fewer blemishes while using this product than I used to have with other foundations. I also like that I can finally match my very light skin color (I just use the fair shade, but you can blend different shades to make one that matches your skin type closely). It blends pretty well and stays on pretty well all day, even with my oily skin, unless I'm sweating a lot! I also like that I can control how much coverage I get (light to heavy) and it does pretty well for covering up my facial redness. One small downside is that it takes a lot longer than they advertise on the commercials for me to apply it since I want a heavy coverage. Also, it needs to be blended very well to look more natural. I also sometimes use a liquid concealer for more noticeable blemishes. But I like that this product is more natural than many of its counterparts, and I can't imagine using a different foundation. It may seem a bit pricey for a small amount, but it does last a long time, even when I use a lot of it for my heavy coverage. I would highly recommend it!
