I've been coloring my hair at home for a few years but having trouble finding the right shade. This was great because there aren't too many choices. The product was a little thinner than I'm used to- I had trouble using the comb and went back to the standard applicator top. But after 10 minutes I had beautiful color with my own natural highlights shining through. I've used this twice and will definitely continue using it.

This pencil is way too soft. I tried it on my hand at the store because I don't like a really hard pencil and it seemed nice so I bought it. But when I used it, it was impossible to get a fine line because the point flattened out too quickly. I ended up putting small dashes of liner on my eye and then using an eyeliner brush to connect them. That worked, but the liner faded within an hour. What started out black practically disappeared. I could live with the softness but not when it fades so quickly.

I've tried lots of mascaras, I like a really thick lash. And I keep coming back to this. It doesn't clump and leaves my lashes thick and full. And no raccoon eyes.

This eye shadow comes in lots of colors, from neutrals to really unusual brights. They go on smooth and stay on all day. I'm no makeup pro and I even got a compliment from a salesperson in Sephora when I was wearing this. My favorite shadow, in any color.

I bought this because of the glowing reviews everywhere. It goes on easily and dries smoothly. My eye shadow went on easily. But it still creased. When I did my makeup in the morning, by late afternoon, I had to use my finger to smooth my shadow back out. It wasn't terrible creasing like I get with cream eye shadow, but it definitely didn't work as well as I heard it did. At least, not on me.

Clinique Long Last Lipstick is exactly that- it lasts a long time. And yet it's not dry like so many long lasting lipsticks. It's smooth and creamy and leaves a nice soft shine on your lips. If you have dry lips, this is the way to go. And it comes in lots of colors so there's always something to match your makeup and your mood.
