Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil

Great Great product, probably one of the best eyeliners out there

This is a great great great eyeliner. It really does glide on, has great staying power, yet can still be smudged for the smoky-eye look. It allows for perfect precision and control, given that the color (light/dark) along with the thickness of the line can be varied based on how the pencil is sharpened. The only reason to why I downgraded it to 9 is because it needs a minute or so to dry when it is first applied or it leaves a mark on the upper lid (imprint). Otherwise, I am a hardcore fan of this product, and will use only this eyeliner (and trust me, I've tried more than a few!). Also, even with being a little more expensive than your regular drug-store brand, I bought the liner for $14 at Ulta three months ago, and still have quite a bit of it left. So you get more bang for your money here given the staying power.
