This conditioner's best quality is its refreshing and invigorating scent (B&BW assigns the Orange Ginger product line to the "Energizing" family of their aromatherapy products). As far as the efficacy of this product as a conditioner, I wasn't terribly impressed. I would rank the conditioning properties of this product as average because my hair still had tangles and wasn't as sleek as usual post-use. But take that will a grain of salt. My hair is color-treated and dry. It could be that this is a great conditioner for folks with normal hair, it just doesn't meet the needs of color-treated hair, in my opinion.

Although this product is targeted at those with acne prone skin, it can exacerbate your breakouts if you don't remove the product with a warm washcloth rinse. I got careless and skipped that step (assuming that if I left some SJG on I could skip my normal moisturizer) and acne ensued! I prefer to use this product in the dry, winter months.

Trichomania appealed to me on two different levels: (1) I could carry this solid shampoo in my rollerboard without the hassle of the plastic baggy routine at the airport and (2) packaging-free shampoo appealed to me as totally green. Besides these practical benefits, Trichomania left my hair squeaky clean. Despite the claim that this shampoo is moisturizing, I found that it left my hair dry. Also, unless you let the product "cure" for a few days unwrapped, the scent can be somewhat overwhelming following the first few applications. I like this shampoo, my hair just can stand up to daily use.

I use this product daily. I live in hot and humid Texas, so I really appreciate the light-weight and non-greasy qualities of this moisturizer. This product was introduced to me by my mother, who is extremely fragrance-sensitive, and we both appreciate that the lotion is nearly fragrance free. Sure, it is expensive, but this little bottle lasted me (and my grandmother--who was gifted this lotion at the same time that I was) almost a year.

This product delivers on its promise as a spot treatment, but the significantly cheaper and equally effective Clean and Clear product I bought at the grocery store gets the job done too. Besides the price, I had trouble with the product peeling away (almost like a mask) while I applied my Bare Minerals foundation. I encountered this problem even after giving the serum significant time to dry. On the upside, the packaging was great. I was able to use the dropper to get every last drop of the serum out of the bottle!

I was extremely disappointed in this product. My skin experienced no noticeable benefit and application left me with a chalky complexion. I really thought it was my fault at first, so I experienced with application. When I put on a generous amount amount at night, my blemishes didn't clear. When I applied the product more and more sparingly I still didn't see a benefit (and the chalky residue was still visible). I would never buy this product again.

Super Wash is an effective weapon again oily and acne-prone skin, but the product has too much slip and always seems to escape through my fingers during application. Honestly, most of the product ends up in the sink and never makes it onto my face! That's a serious concern given the product's price. But, using a washcloth for application solves this problem. Some folks find the scent of Super Wash off-putting: it smells of menthol. It doesn't smell *bad*, but it reminds me a little too much of Vicks Vapor Rub. But, if you don't mind the smell or the slippage this product is a relatively affordable (as compared to Proactiv or Murad) anti-acne wash. I haven't had any breakouts with this product -- even when I first started using product (I almost always breakout when I start using a new product).

After application, my lips tingled so I know the gloss was doing *something* but my lips certainly did not plump immediately after application. After a couple weeks of consistent night-time application, I didn't see results other than dried lips. What a waste of $50!

I have naturally curly hair, but I don't use this spray gel to help hold my natural curl. Instead, I spritz my straightened hair with this product before I roll it up in large hot rollers. This product holds my loose curls through even the most humid Texas evenings without giving way to frizz. I did try to use this product to enhance my natural curl and I didn't like the results. I had a lot of trouble distributing the product evenly, so the appearance of my hair was inconsistent. But you can't beat the fruity scent and cheap prices offered by the Fructis line!

I don't have a lot of room in my budget for pricey shampoo, but I had heard so many rave reviews of BIG that I wanted to give it a try. BIG quickly became my "special occasion" shampoo. Although I was skeptical of the porridge-like consistency (don't be afraid of the lumps in the shampoo, its just sea salt), this product leaves my hair feeling particularly clean. As promised, BIG also delivers the volume that my fine hair lacks. For those with tiny showers, the twist off packaging might be a little awkward, but I didn't have trouble keeping shower water out of the jar in my garden tub/shower. Since I use BIG about once a week, this jar lasted me nearly a year. I used the last drop of shampoo the week of the package expiration date.
