  • Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II

Well, I have seen results with this product: lighter skin, blemishes heal faster, tone looks better, smoother, softer. I have researched the patents on this product and I believe it really does contain more than 1 DNA repair agent along with future protectants and the clock gene stimulator. It seems that your clock genes tell your skin to protect itself during the day, but shut off at night, when they could be repairing, so that's what this product does. I'm only 40 so I don't see a lot of

  • Estee Lauder Idealist Dual-Action Refinishing Treatment

So I finally saved up enough to buy this after being burned by Micro-D, and this is clearly a luxurious and unique scrub. I also have So Polished, EL's other scrub, for comparison. This product is a white thick paste that warms gently does not burn, not creamy or foaming, that you scrub on gently then leave for 5 minutes. It contains BHA/Salicyclic Acid which is well known to kill bacteria in pores and clean them out, as well as a smoothing marine extract, and the usual 27 other actives culled from exotic plants around the world, plus silicone and the stuff that melts ice on the sidewalk. Yep, that's what gives the warming. But I don't mind, it's nice and feels luxurious, and produces results. My skin is clearer, resurfaced, and supremely smooth. I have not broken out more, but less, with this, and I love that. I would caution users not to use it every day, because that could cause thinning of the skin and really be counter-productive. Use it once or twice a week, as recommended. It has that strange soft moist feeling after use. You definitely won't feel dry. According to the package it contains 5 types of microscrubbies including jade powder (long reknowned for its longevity inducing power and just damned luxurious--what else are they going to do with the left overs from carving jade jewelry?), and moisture beads. I recommend this, and think it is safe for all skin types with the possible exception of ladies over 70 who might try the Resilience Lift Mask. I hear that is chocked full of almost every good anti-aging firming technology known to man. And ladies, while you're at it, seduce your husband into letting you do this to him once in a while--improve your marriage, your sex life, and have something better to look at...Men love to be taken care of. Oh by the way, So Polished pales in comparison and seems like a much simpler scrub with a fabulous greenhouse scent, but still recommended.

  • Estee Lauder Idealist Pore Minimizing Skin Refinisher

Because it is $46.50 per ounce, I started out with a quarter ounce bought off ebay and it produced NO results, and I figured it was a dud. Then, I tried a full bottle purchased fresh from Estee Lauder and got fabulous results. The more I research this product and the ingredients in it, the more I realize how much it does. So, what this does is it contains some instant effects-pigments and silicones that give your skin a sexy soft feel and soft focus effect. Next, it contains their patented n-acetyl glucosamine and cholesterol complex which both densifies skin and gently exfoliates. It also contains pore clearing ingredients like salisilic acid, and ingredients that block all the 8 pathways of irriation. It also includes whiteners like kojic acid. After you use this a while, your skin gets clearer, less oily (it contains a seaweed extract that inhibits sebum secretion), and you get this super soft ideal skin. It takes a little while, but I went without it for 2 weeks and I started to break out, my texture got rougher. This really does what they say, especially if you are normal to very oily in skin, and under 45. For dry skin, you might want to use Perfectionist. I can't recommend this stuff highly enough. It has made my large manly pores tighter, has softened my face to baby's bottom softness, and given me more confidence and an enviable complexion.

  • Estee Lauder Pure Color Crystal Lipstick
    8.0

Estee Lauder Pure Color Crystal Lipstick

    Laminated crystalline pigments

That's right Ladies, this is high tech stuff. According to an executive at Lauder, the pure color crystal comes from a special process whereby they laminate the pigments with a crystalline coating that gives them a sort of 3-D effect. Besides that, the product smells like fresh figs (think Fig Newton if you don't know what fresh figs smell like) is creamy and moisturizing and is designed to be the "sheer" and shiny version of their most recent lipsticks. I got a beautiful sample myself in a mirrored golden case which they honestly should sell it in, and it is everything they promise, PLUS it includes a lip plumper. My only criticism is of course the luxury price and this doesn't last very long. However, the plumping and the moisture stay, even if the glitz wears off.

  • Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Intensive Lifting Hand Creme SPF 15

Yes, I bought the real full size tube, which is only 4 oz. It is very nice. It has that same light vitamin scent, is golden, goes on very rich and moisturizing but quickly absorbs with no greasy afterfeel at all. It contains brightening ingredients and tons of herbal extracts. It makes my hands soft, smoother, and better looking. It lasts through several washings. I put it on at night. It is like $45. A good treat, good present.

  • Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Youth Creme

Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Youth Creme

    Where is my moneyfountain?

I got a free sample of this and the eye creme and have been using it for 2 weeks. I have seen clearer skin and I have oily skin prone to acne. My wrinkles are less deep, my skin tone is lighter and more radiant, and the smoothness of my skin is dramatically improved! I was very afraid to use a product whose second ingredient is shea butter, thinking it would instantly cause zits, but it has not. There are about 100 plant and herb extracts and other exotic ingredients in this, including colloidal gold, pearl powder, and it really is super luxury. But it's clearly priced for those who drive Rolls Royces and Pagani Zondas, not the Toyota driver I am. However, when I'm 70, I'm all over this stuff, provided my ship comes in. If you can afford it, you MUST try it. The scent by the way is very light and unusual--almost vitamin like, quite natural and unperfumey.

  • Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Recovery Complex

I have had dark circles since I was in my 20s, and have tried lots of creams serums and gels to fix them. I got fine lines at 30 from all the drying acne products I used before then, so I started experimenting. I used everything from stuff that burned my eyes like the devil to gels that never seemed to absorb to petroleum jelly-like caviar product that broke me out. So I finally resorted to this and I have to say it is the best I have used so far. I do sometimes get irritation, but not often, and it might not be the product causing that it could be allergies. I have a lessening of my fine lines, although they are not gone, a firming of the skin, and a lessening of the dark circles. But far less so that I would like. I am now trying the Re-nutriv Ultimate eye product and hoping that $100 eye cream does better, but I may have to accept my fate. This stuff goes a VERY long way, but the applicator is annoying to use--they should make a pump. This formula, by the way is now outdated, although my bottle still contains at least 2 weeks left in it. The Syncronized formula contains 2 new actives--the clock gene stimulator and some other dna repair stuff which I researched. The formulation is a gel that does absorb with a lot of slip.

  • Estee Lauder Resilience Lift Extreme Over Night UltraFirming Creme

I order so much online that I get lots of free samples, just another thing to recommend online ordering versus visiting the Estee Lauder lady. So I've had about 3 samples of this overnight firming lifting cream and though I really don't need it, but why not, it said non-acnegenic so it wouldn't clog my pores. So I tried it an immediately the next day I saw better looking skin, my one blemish was smaller and less red, and I was impressed. Once again it is an aromatherapy experience--a soothing, hard to describe unisex scent, and a thick cream, but not oily and it did not clog my pores. Amazing! How can a thick cream not clog pores? Leave it to EL. This formula is now outdated, as EL has updated the line (check out the review on Cosmetoscope), but it contains many actives that do everything from redensify skin to help it to communicate better, to eliminate oxidative stress. The new lineup promises to be even better with a lineup of new technologies that work with DNA. It all sounds like nonsense but do some research online, and you'll see it's not. Even better, try the stuff, and you'll see how it works.

  • Estee Lauder So Polished Exfoliating Scrub

This is a simple scrub that will treat you to the aromatherapy experience of walking through a greenhouse. It is very concentrated and at $22 cheap for Estee Lauder cosmetics. The main ingredient is polyethylene microbeads, but it also has volcanic ash and a smoothing marine extract plus lots of silicone. The end result--a very gentle, non-cleansing, exfoliant that moisturizes, and smoothes and which will last a long time. My advice is to not exfoliate too much, most especially to older women, whose skin naturally thins. Once a week, maybe twice if you're oily. I really wish this scrub had a cleanser in it, but it was probably excluded to appeal to older folks and to create a need to buy an additional product. Lauder also sold their all over body exfoliator separately from the body wash.

  • Estee lauder Idealist micro-D

I regret buying this off ebay because the formula is old and it burns my skin when applied something terrible. Only use the new version, which is called Idealist Dual Action Refinishing Treatment, and buy it from the website so you know it's fresh. It does get warm, burns and stings immediately, has scrubby beads in it and dries to a strange moisturized feeling. I worry that it might clog pores. You don't leave this on and don't use much!
