This leave-in treatment does all it says. I frost my hair and use a curling iron. It really conditions my hair and does not leave any greasy residue. A can lasts forever because it doesn't take much. It has soy, cocoa and argan oil. I use on damp hair and blow dry. I bought a can for my teenage nephew as he has long thick hair. He loves it.
