Herbal Essences Color Me Happy Conditioner for Color-Treated Hair

I have been using this for a month and a half now. My color washed out within the first week and my hair is so dry and falling out! I use to be able to only wrap my hair ties 2 maybe 3 times now wrapping them 4 times. Even went to doctor nothing wrong with me just my shampoo. DO NOT USE
