Clairol Nice 'n Easy Root Touch-Up

We used this on my sister's head in between coloring and it was a waste of money did not work. She called clairol and they said their commercials are misleading and will not work like they claim. So we haven't bought any more of this and have just bought the hair color for the same amount and had better results.
