When I was transitioning from acrylic nails back to natural nails this product served as a nice inexpensive complement to the Nailtiques #2 treatment. When I alternated between both products my nails were much stronger and accelerated growth.

I brought this thinking I would have buyer's remorse...far from it. The pen applies a perfect application of opaque white to your nails and is ideal for french manicure touch-ups. If you want to use this specifically for "perfect" french manicures/pedicures I would try it only if you have a steady hand and are ambidextrous! I'm right-handed so when I use the pen with my left hand, it's impossible to achieve a "perfect" white tip on my right hand. (5-10 Q-tips soaked in nail polish remover is the only way to correct those flaws!)

I use this in the summer after my morning cleansing but mostly in tandem with Mario Badescu's silver powder (because it's strong enough to rid any remnants of mask residue on my face). I would never use this for the winter since I have combo/dry skin in cold months.

I've revisited this same product every few years to see if it does anything different to my hair or if they magically changed the formula. Each time I'm underwhelmed and can't empathize with the rave reviews for this. (Note: and I DO have the coarse, thick, dry hair this product was recommended for!

This product will always be a mainstay as one of my hairstyling products. Unfortunately, I have to be careful not to overload on this stuff. In the past, the silicone weighed my hair down so bad I had to use a clarifying shampoo for a week straight to get it back to normal. I learned my lesson and I'm back to using it... but only every other day and sparingly!

I thought this may be too overpriced, but the performance has convinced me otherwise. It holds well, isn't crunchy, stiff or heavy and it combs through easily. It adds tons of volume to my straight, heavy, coarse, long, thick hair which is a nightmare to deal with at times.

For a drugstore brand, this is decent as a fresh tropical scent. It doesn't smell as sweet and cloying as some body sprays from certain highly-commercialized, big corporate chain stores that sells bath and body products.

I love this conditioner but it took a few tries figuring out the best application. I make 4 sections throughout my hair and pass the bar over each section 2-3 times (focusing on ends). I have course, thick hair and it's just the right amount to leave my hair uber-shiny without too much weight.

I've had mine for 5 years now and it's still as precise as the first day I got it. Thinking of all the tweezers I've had in the past (before discovering this) and thrown away, the cost of this tweezer has paid for itself many times over.

I have color-treated hair and use heat styling tools on my hair everyday. Overall, my hair has only mild damage but because I have long hair, the ends have acquired significant damage and this product did nothing to improve the stiff, dry, frayed ends. Even after haircuts!
