i like using this ('light' shade) on my hands. i've found sprays are the easiest way to tan your hands. there is not a noticeable 'self-tanner smell' with this product either. i cover my nails with a small piece of scotch tape, then spray and it turns out very natural looking!! good stuff.

Shiseido Brilliant Bronze Tinted Self-Tanning Cream

this product(in the 'deep tan' color) gives you immediate brownish, not orangy color, but smells horrible contrary to what the product description says-(i would not want to have this on if i was going to be up close and personal with anyone.)it goes on smoothly if you apply primer or lotion before/with it, but alone it can be difficult to blend. also has tendency to leave a 'muddy' appearance. although it does not dry out your skin and dries immediately. looks ok under make-up.
