I got a sample of this, and it works just fine, but I think it is a little expensive.

I got a free sample of this and I was really excited to give it a try. The claim is that it will make even the dryest skin smooth and feel moisturized. I probably have one of the dryest faces in the country! My skin eats up my moisturizer like their is no tomorrow. No joke. So, i tried this and Iwas actually not so happy with the scent. I am normally not the person to complain about a fragrance of a product, since I LOVE smells. But, this was a little too strong. The smell is very floral- but in an old lady kind of way. I also HATED te texture. It was a cobo of a cream and a gel. Terrible. Later, I found out the high percentage of silica was causing my skin to irritate. I gerally don;'t have sensitive skin at all, and the only time silica bother me is if it has a HUGE percentage of it in the product. Plus, I know silica is not the best thing for the skin- so I'm confused. A moisturizer to make your skin healthy, but with an ingrediant that is not good for your skin. Hmmm. I gave the rest of the sample to my mom(slightly oily skin) and she loves it. She ordered a full sizd one, went through that, then ordered another. But, although she loves the product and it comes in a big jar for $20 - I was surprised at how fast it went for her. Overall, it really depends on your skin type, but this goes too fast and did not work well for me at all.

This balm moisturizins so well! The smell is nice and almost reminds me of cracked pepper. But, it is not an over whelming scent. I love the moisturizing properties so much! It does not make your lips white like some white lip balms do. It is a great over nigh treatment, but also great during the day. It smoothes my lips and does everything a lip bam should:)

I bought Mango and Vanilaa and am pleasntly surprised! The texture is so super creamy, it applies like butter to my lips! It is so comparable to KORRES GUAVA LIP BUTTER- it is crazy!. I also really like the price range. You can easily pick up a few with out breaking the bank or making your wallet cry. I use these as an overnight treatment because they are the most moisturizing balms I own. They stay on long, and dont peel or crumble at all. YAY!

I really don't like this product. The color selection is not great, and I am in between colors. I like the texture, but it goes on with a strange finish. The price is not bad if it was high end, but for a drugstore product I don't think it is in my price range unles it was amazing. The packaging is annoying, and hard to open. The puff that comes iwth it, is soft and applies fine- but a little thick.

I tried Sugar Kiss, which is a light pale pink color. I know everyone thinks you can't buy them any more, but they are still in stock at my dollar tree! Any way, I bought this in hopes of a similar texture to my MAC Tinted Lip Conditioner- but it is not like that at all. MAC has a really creamy texture while NYC has more of a gel texture. That aside, I do like this product! It is a little sticky, but for $1 I really have no reason to complain. The color selection is okay and I think they are all sheer. Sugar Kiss offers a shiny glossy glaze over my lips, with just a hint of color. The packaging is adorable, and opens easily. Plus, the colors is labeled on the back, and the tin has a lot of product in it. Overall, good product.

I have always been a China Glaze and OPI girl, so Essie never really crossed my mind untill I saw Mint Candy Apple which is a light, mint green cream. I bought it at full price(around $8) and the minute I tried it- I wanted to go return it. The texture is SO THICK it seriously took 2 hours for Mint Candy Apple to dry and then it neeed another coat. I don't know if it is just the color, or the polish formula but I HATE IT. I guess I am back to my China GLaze and OPI!

I was really surprised by these nail polishes! The color selection is really amazing, and the price is a little expensive at around $9 a bottle- but it is really worth it! My first color was Club Scene Queen which is a sheer black base with blue micro glitter and I instantly fell in love! Since then, I tried a few limited edition shades- Hi Def which is a creamy coral orange and Fancy Schamancy which is a sparkly sheer silver. Again, those colors can NOT be beat. The coverage on all of the polishes are great, and they dry extremely fast without having a gimmicky fast drying claim. I have always loved OPI, but Sephora by OPI is even better! The display in my Sephora(a a Sephora inside JC Penney) has a HUGE display of these, but I suggest heading to the clearance instead. I waited untill Hi Def and Fancy Schmany were being discontinued then snagged them on clearance for only $2 each! If you LOVE nail polish or love OPI nail polisj, these are a must try!
