not happy

I recently purchased Hydrating Eyelash Enhancer and Thickener and LOVED it the first two times I used it. I loved it so much I was going to order another right away, but decided first to see how I liked it long term. After those first two times, I couldn't get any color onto my lids unless I pressed sideways on the brush and even that was a meager application. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I think it could be a great liner/conditioner if well-improved.
