The reason many women feel this is thick and sticky, is because it has oil-absorbing properties in it and that's the feeling- however, if you know how to use it correctly, you will find that once it is on and it has dried, you cannot even tell you have anything on your face at all! A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY- so many women over-do it and use TONS of product- I like to use Medi-Matte ONLY where I am oily (in my t-zone)- and I'll use a regular moisturizer everywhere else. It takes some getting used to, however, it is sooo worth the price- you know how some companies will OVER exaggerate the packaging? Well, Cosmedicine doesn't. You get almost one-and-a-half ounces- which is like any other facial moisturizer- except, Cosmedicine doesn't want to fool you with over-the-top packagin to make it LOOK bigger.

First of all, the texture is more like a BALM than a cream. It is supposed to be this way because it fills in fine lines and wrinkles- and it's an excellent primer for concealer. This is more of a day eye cream because it DE-PUFFS. If you're looking for an eye cream specifically for dark circles- try Cosmedicine's Eye Specialist. To use Opti-mologist, you need to rub it and warm it up in between your fingers first, and then PAT it on- not rub it on the eye area- which is a big mistake that most women do. lol. It's a different kind of eye cream- but I have noticed that it has increased the elasticity/firmness around my eyes- so I know this is a product that truly works.

it removes alll traces of makeup and sebum. it also contains a natural ingredient, witch hazel, which is an effective toner. it truly cleanses deep into pores- removing all maleup, dirt, and debris. use it on a DRY face. and it removes all eye makeup (even waterproof) without burning or stinging your eyes. if you don't believe me, go to your local sephora and pick up a travel size for only $10.

This still leaves residue on your face- This product DOES NOT remove your makeup OR clean your skin. YOU HAVE TO TRY COSMEDICINE'S HEALTHY CLEANSE- it removes all of your makeup (it literally melts off), and it cleans your pores thoroughly- AND it has a natural toner (witch hazel) in it- so it's a 3 in 1.

Sorry, I really just use the mirror of the product for touch-ups- This leaves a white, chalky-cast on my face. Doesn't control ANY oil- yes it takes away shine, but maybe for a couple of minutes. Doesn't last long. Just use Cosmedicine's Medi-Matte Spray (this works way better) and you don't have to cake your face with powder.

This is super inexpensive- doesn't look like DIRT on your face (like Benefit's Hoolah). And it's awesome for contouring!!

This has really helped the yellow-tones in my blonde hair become more of beige. I highly recommend this to blondes who hate the yellow-cast.
