I decided to give Pur a try after years of using Cover FX mineral pressed powder...and haven't switched back since. I like how light Pur feels, and has great coverage. Their shades match with my yellow skin tone as well.

Dove products always smell amazing and this one is no exception. This is one of the few products that I would purchase that's NOT a salon brand. A+

I began using proactive in my early 20's when I started breaking out due to stress. It's the only acne system that has ever worked for me. I would say my favorite Proactiv product is the refining mask. If my pores are clogged in random spots on my face, I would apply the mask all over my face and wash off after about 10 minutes. I exfoliate after to remove the dry spots. This product is also great sure on-the-spot treatment. Just dot your pimple with it and leave on over night.

I've always been a Redken fan, but this product is really worth leaving a review for. I have straight Asian hair and have been putting it through quite the turmoil lately - I used box dye (which all of my stylist friends always advise against) to color my hair red; I then used box dye again to dye it jet black; finally I got my hair professionally bleached to platinum blonde. I'm lucky my hair didn't fall out. The stylist who bleached my hair recommended All Soft at the end of my visit. It helped return my hair back to health after all of the breakage from processing. The smell is really pleasant as well!

I brought a bottle of Trojan H2O Closer (the pink one) along with me for a 2-night stay at the beach. Initially, my boyfriend laughed when I took it out of my luggage, joking that I don't exactly "need the extra lubrication" anyway. He was also worried that it would be too oily or sticky. To our surprise, it just felt like...water. There was zero mess, and the consistency wasn't sticky at all. It also had a light pleasant sent. The next night, we tried Sensitive Touch (green bottle). This one contains aloe and is completely unscented. Both Closer and Sensitive Touch worked great, but I think I will be using Sensitive Touch more simply because it also has vitamin E, so I feel like I'm applying something that's beneficial for my skin. I did not give the products a 10 rating because since it is water based, it didn't last as long so we had to keep reapplying. Otherwise, this is a great product!

This is my favorite cream eyeliner. It glides on smooth and doesn't flake. I have oily skin and my eyelids are no exception...typically by lunch time, most of my eyeliner would creep it's way into the creases of my eyelids (unless I use waterproof liquid liner). Mac is the only liner that stays in place the entire day.

I own the Naked palette and didn't think a drugstore brand could compare...I was very pleasantly surprised! The eye shadow goes on silky smooth. I got the L' Oreal Nude Intense palette 2. LOVE the light shimmery pinks and purple/brown shades...they go well with my honey/tan skin. I also really liked that there were step by step application instructions on the back of the palette. The reason I'm not giving the product a 10 rating is because I'm not too keen on the brush...could be a personal preference, but I don't like the sponge side. Overall, this is a quality product and costs less than $20. I also want to try Nude 1 next time.
