I had some sun damage a couple of years ago, and my lips became very sensitive to even the most basic lip balms. A dermatologist suggested I use Aquaphor to moisturize my lips. Amazingly enough, Aquaphor kept me protected without causing further irritation on my sensitive lips. Since then, I've used it for many things--dry hands (especially cuticles), elbows, etc. Since I do use this on my lips often, I wish the product had sunscreen, but the lack of chemicals and the pure nature of the product is what sets it apart from other products and makes it ideal for sensitive skin.

This is hands down the best hairspray I've ever used. I find that a little bit of Air Control goes a long way in providing exceptional hold, even on humid days. I can spray it near my roots for lift and body or all over for keeping my hair in place. If you use too much, it can make your hair "crunchy" but a light spray will keep hair in place without the helmet effect and without flaking. One bottle lasts months for me, so it's a good deal. However, be sure to clean out the nozzle at least once a week. Because the hairspray uses resins, buildup can clog the nozzle.

I was surprised by this new mascara's performance. It really is waterproof but comes off easily in the shower, which is a plus because it doesn't require harsh makeup removers. Be careful about crying, though. While the mascara doesn't run and create raccoon eyes, if you rub your eyes after crying a lot, it does come off. The mascara is light and creates a natural look, and when it comes off, it's almost like silicone because it doesn't smear.

This Peppermint Cooling Foot Lotion from the Body Shop feels so heavenly on my feet, especially after a long day at the office or walking around town. The scent feels invigorating, and the peppermint feels tingly and cool. The lotion does an excellent job of moisturizing feet and preventing tough calluses. I recommend using this after a shower or after soaking your feet. The cost is reasonable, and the natural ingredients are a plus.

I love Aveda's sap moss shampoo, and this detangler is a good followup to the shampoo. It's not as concentrated as the shampoo, so it's a bit thin, especially if you have long, coarse hair like mine. It does provide clean, lightweight conditioning. I just wish Aveda would put more in the bottle, since it seems to disappear faster than the shampoo.

I love this shampoo! The scent is so earthy, and it leaves my hair clean and moisturized without overpowering it or making my hair feel heavy. A little of this shampoo goes a long way, since it's pretty concentrated. I love that Aveda uses natural ingredients and has eco-friendly business practices.

Clinique's Continuous Rescue Antioxidant Moisturizer has been on the market for more than a year, and I'm hooked. I found my skin getting drier as I hit my 30s, and little signs of aging are appearing, and this moisturizer replenishes my skin without feeling greasy. I use it every night, and I've noticed that my skin started looking healthier within a week.
