It did not highlight with a glove at all. It is a good finishing powder after foundation is on.

Good, for the price but it did lighten my tone just a but making my face look a bit whiter than it should be.

This toner did not over dry my skin, it felt fresh & clean & did seem to shrink the pores a bit.
