I love the scent (you can really smell the ginger), and my hair did feel fresh and clean. I feel like the micellar water aspect helps it really clarify your hair/keep oiliness at bay.

Great idea and exection

I think the CEO of this company is super cool (the youngest black woman to ever have her products sold at Sephora), and it's also great that it's natural. I liked the smell and how my hair/scalp felt after using it, and I also liked the physical exfoliants (which I've never seen in a haircare product before — seems pretty innovative IMO).

Works well

This is subtle, and it didn't make my hair feel too stripped the way some dry shampoos can do, but I had a difficult time applying it. I like to use dry shampoos just on my bangs, which might be better served by an aerosol.

I felt like I had to apply a lot in order to smooth out my hair, but I did appreciate that this had a very thick, creamy feel. Air dryed pretty well on my hair too.
