Decided to try after reading some reviews, and certain,y cheaper than other stuff, who I won't name. I have been takin for nearly 3 months and I can see a noticeable change in my hair. It looks and feels thicker, and it's certainly not as brittle. The package is meh, but hey who cares when the contents work.
