Since this shampoo is really liquid you need to pour it direcly on you scalp (three shakes of the bottle on top of your head is more the enough). The make it mousse and leave it for around 2 minutes. This shampoo changes the ions in your and and removes build to offer its promised volume. Not recommended for dry and colored hair since it can strip you color and your natural oils. Great volumizing product, just not for everyone.
