Ok, I decided to buy Bio-Oil after reading reviews, mostly positive but some negative on a couple of different websites. I just had surgery on my foot and have three incision sites on the top side of it. I put faith into this product and guess what? It works beautifully! I have been applying it religiously 2-3 times a day, every day, to the sites since I had the stitches removed. It's been almost two weeks and I am very pleased with the results so far. I understand it takes time to heal scars and they are still pinkish, but I can tell the lines will be minimal when all is said and done. I also decided to try it on my face after reading some good feedback for evening out redness from rosacea and old acne scars. (My skin is very sensitive and tends to oiliness). My skin has never looked so beautiful! I had a couple of whiteheads initially, so that concerned me, but they abated and I've not had any more problems. I mix a couple of drops with my oil-free moisturizer in the morning and put it on under my makeup. At night I use it straight. If someone would have told me I would be using an oil-based product on my skin before this, I would have said they were nuts! It also seems to soften some minor wrinkles that I have. People who have concerns about mineral oil should not worry about this unless they have a specific allergy to it. Cosmetic grade minerol oil is safe to use, and I am proof! (Google) I also been using it on an old scar on my leg, some old laproscopic surgery scars and a spider bite scar and they are all improving! The directions say results in 3 months, but mine were so much faster...

I am a huge fan of waterproof mascara, as I have stick straight eyelashes. After curling them, I use waterproof mascara to "hold" the curl, so as far as a mascara goes, I judge it on clumpiness, flakiness, etc. This one is pretty good as far as lack of clumps and flaking, however I seperate my lashes with a pin after applying (I know that's bad!). This formula gives me nice length and definition, but no extreme volume. Not my very favorite, but a good go-to mascara. My favorite drugstore waterproof is Cover Girl Exact Eyelights...

For some reason, I have never found a heat tamer spray that is perfect...they either leave hair greasy or crunchy. However, this one is the best one I've found so far AND the price is right!

I am a 45 year old woman with problem skin (rosacea) and have tried everything under the sun. This is better than ANYTHING, including one of my other favs, Purpose Gentle Cleanser (Pump)...and the price is right...

I decided to try this product after reading the rave reviews on this site....NOT impressed. I have, like 3 grey hairs on my head, but I decided to darken my medium golden brown hair to dark ash brown. I followed directions to a "T", but the color looks heavy, monotone, flat and yucky...not loving it. I've used Dark Ash Brown in other hair color products and I will def go back to those. BTW, Superior Preference beats the pants off Excellence any day. This also left my once healthy hair dry, frizzy and bird-nesty (and I have straight fine hair!) Only the miracle of a great conditioner I found (not the one in the box) saved my long hair from the chopping block. I'm giving it a 4, because at least my hair didn't fall out...

CoverGirl Exact Eyelights Eye-Brightening Waterproof Mascara
I think it's a very good mascara, BUT...
It really doesn't make my yellow-brown eyes "POP" like claimed. The mascara itself is excellent as is, but if there are any color flecks, I'm not really seeing them, it just looks black to me...hmmm. I'm giving a 9 for performance, but a 1 for false claims, so my answer is 8.

I steered clear of Aussie products (I remember them from the '80s-enuf said) and its grape bubble gum smell, but boy, have things changed! After reading reviews about this product I went out and bought the shampoo and conditioner. Both smell good and are wonderful products, better than some salon schwag that I've spent 6X the amount!!! For $3 each, I have soft, easy to come through hair and I am def a convert!

I used this after an at-home permanent haircolor kit rendered my fine, straight hair, dry, frizzy and impossible to comb through, even after following the coloring directions to the letter. This conditioner smells delicious (sort of like banana cream), and rescued my long locks from the chopping block. It left my hair shiny, soft and easy-peasy to comb through. It was not heavy nor greasy at all. I left in on for 5 minutes while I showered instead of the recommended 1 minute. It think it's a revved up version of the Daily Moisturizing Conditioner product Neutrogena also sells because it contains almost all the same ingredients. I'm giving it a nine because the tube is about half the size of the regular conditioner for the same price. Buy it at a Walgreen's BOGO 1/2 off sale!!!

Can anyone please tell me where I can purchase this? I've looked in Wal-mart, Walgreens, and Albertson's so far, but no luck...I live in the Orlando, FL area. Thank You!

Short and sweet: bought product based on reviews from this site...had a sort of deep crease in my forehead and between my eyebrows at the top of my nose...after 3 days of use they have all but disappeared. Great price considering only a small amount of product is needed per application (2x a day). Also makes my eye area look firmer and younger. I am 44 and look pretty young to begin with, so this my first foray into the anti-aging product category. Will def purchase again! Nice packaging and pleasant scent too! Made me break out slightly in my oilier areas, so will limit my usage to eye/forehead area.
