While I can see the benefit of individually sealing a product to maintain its freshness, this seems more like a marketing gimmick or a gadget than good packaging. The pads on the "derma-pod" are scratchy and reminded me of the sponges on those shoe-polish bottles. The product itself seemed runny and didn't produce any noticeable benefit for my eyes. I guess if you put it on your fingers instead (like another poster recommended) I suppose you could get a couple of uses out of one pod, but I just don't think they are worth it.

I have very fair skin, pasty-white is probably more accurate. Normal self-tanners look ridiculous on me so this gradually-darker as you go works wonders for me. It has a nice lotion-like texture (I've found some self-tanners to be a bit runny). It also has a pleasant scent although I'll admit that I've always liked the warm nutty smell of self-tanners! :) I like that it fades gradually too, rather than flaking off all at once and looks so natural.
