  • Clinique Liquid Facial Soap

I use the men verion but it is the same as for women the only difference is packing. I have tried the normal-oily version and the normal-dry version, and that working better for me. I have oily skin, but very easy becomming dry/dehydrated. This cleans my face prefect not making it feel to dry. Using all over face + around the eyes ( using lenses) and zero irritation. A little goes a looong way, so my lasts forever....

  • Clinique Continuous Rescue Antioxidant Moisturizer

I use the the one for oily skin, but I can't understand why Clinique hade to put oil in it! Works as an nightcream specially at winter, but not as a daycream. I use it all over the face even the eyearea. Non irritating, and hasn't made me break out. If you read the incilist you can see that this contains a lot of good stuff for your face.

  • Clinique Superdefense Triple Action Moisturizer SPF 25

I have been using this for years and loving it. I use it daily on my face and even eyearea, and it works wonders. No irritation and I have never burned my face when using this. In the past I have tride different moisturizers but nothing beats this on. I have it for oily skin, and it absorbs in flash, not leaving a oily film. I also helps to control oil and shine not making my skin worse.

  • Peter Thomas Roth Environmental Repair Hydrating Gel

This is my new night cream that is a light weight gel indeed. Absolutly super for my oily skin, absorbs fast and is hydrating. Does not make me more oily and I stay matte and normal much longer than any past nightcream that I have used. Has not made me break out or clog my pores. I think all skintypes can use this, the dry ones can use this as an extra hydrating serum, and we oily can use it alone. Only wish that it hade an spf, so I could use it as a daycream. Love the packing, both the design and the pump, you get exactly enough and the packing keeps the antioxidats stabil.

  • Peter Thomas Roth Instant Mineral SPF 45

This didn't work for me, or I didn't like the result of using it. In no ways is this a bad product, it is just my personally point. I always do a background check on a product before buying it, like reading the Inci-list, see what others say about it here and last what Paula Begoun has to say. Overall was this HG material for me, lightweight, absorbing, spf30 and non-comedocenic. The things that I do like about it is that it goes on fast, like the brush! Also it doubles as a mineral powder, it does absorb the oiliness from my T-zone. Hasn't clogged my pores (big plus!). The things that I don't like is the GLOW! Almost BE glow. It works better using over a Talc based powder foundation that is matte. The you get a more "normal" glow, but for me I don't like any glow. I always start to glow around lunch, and I avoid anything that may make it worse. The minerals in this sunscreen are microlized (emailed PTR and asked them), that may be a health concern. Here in the EU they are not allowed to be used in sunscreens doe to risks that the penetrate the skin and with UV contact the can damage the cells and DNA. Zinc oxide isn't allowed to be used as an UVA protector in sunscreens either here in EU. but they are testing it so time will tell if it safe to use. On EWG you can read about if mineral sunscreen is safe to use and the do recommed a few in cream base. The say to awoud using mineralsunscreen in powder or spray form.

  • Paula's Choice Skin Balancing Pore-Reducing Toner

All the skincare-gurus had sad the same thing about my skintype, don't use a normal moisturiser, use a good toner insted to get all the antioxidants and hydration, that is often enought, and so often is it for me. After cleansing my face is normal feeling. I decided to order this after reading the INCI-list and finding that this contains all that I need. It says on Paula' s homepage... "Restore skin's healthy balance with this lightly hydrating, weightless solution. Potent antioxidants, cell-communicating ingredients and anti-inflammatory agents help reduce redness and inflammation..." Does it work to give enought hydration. Not for me! I put this on, then a mineral makeup and it made me feel dry-dry-dry. My forehead was extreme dry and flaking, all the pores was gone because of the dryness, and my cheeks was red and dry. My face was stiff like I hade Botox... As a toner, this is ok, but I'm not looking(and needing that). Made me more shine, my face did not absorb it, also made me feel more oily. Also burned a bit for the first minute the first times I used it (more than cliniques CL-lotion 4). So much for the skin-guru tips, I'm going back to superdefense till I find something else.

  • Paula's Choice Ultra-Light Weightless Finish SPF 30 Sunscreen Spray

My review about this sunscreen experiense when putting it on my face. First of all the name and sounds like nirvana for my oily skin, ultra light and weightless, can it get any better for a oily skin. After reading on Paula´s homepage that you can put this on your face if you spray it first on your fingers. I did that, feelt light as water and I was like WOW! I put it my face even the eyearea and no irritation/buring. I would say this water-free, silicone-based sunscreen feels like putting a silicone serum for hair on your face, greasy feeling like nothing else. But and then the big but... my face does not absorb this, leaves a film that I like have to wipe of. putting on a mineral foundations was not a dream, because of the greasy film on my face. It made the foundation uneven. I hade to put a lot of powder to absorb the exess sunscreen. About one hour later when I look in the car mirron when driving in the sun, I hade my first chock. This (toghter with the skinbalancing toner and 2%bha) hade first of all made the mineralfoundation 2-3 steps darker and my face was shiny like I hade put pure oil on in it, and greasy like I haven't seen. I don't think that my skin had looked that bad for years. I looked like a grilled chicken! First reaction was ok, I used to much, so the next day I used a minimum, but nope the same result. Back to superdefense, and using this only for the body, and works for the body it works well!

This does nothing for my face, other than give a soft floral smell. Dermalogica sad that this works as an aftershave for men, tried it once and not again. Made may bread follicals red and irritated. Was like putting perfume on them.
