rHot Setter Pro 20 Curlers

I would love to write a review - however, I haven't been able to use these curlers as I'm having difficulty with the clips and have no manual showing how they go in my hair and the curlers? I've tried putting them from bottom to top, top to bottom and even sideways. Curlers just keep sliding out! How can I get a manual to explain how to use this set?
