Maybe a bit pricey but this stuff lasts forever (both in the case, and on your face). It's more natural-looking than brow color applied with a pencil. The brushes that come with it are a bit wimpy, though, so the separate brush Benefit sells, while adding further to the price, is worth it.

I'd used Cetaphil bar cleanser for years till I got a sample of this at a dermatologist's office. It's gentle and moisturizing...good for all-over use, too (since it costs so little!).

Hope in a Jar has a nice consistency...neither too thick nor too thin...and a barely perceptible scent of lavender (while I normally prefer my skincare products unscented or medicinal smelling, this one is nice). Nongreasy and doesn't make me break out. Will definitely buy this one again.

...but my chin area broke out horribly when I started using the powder. I quit, and the bumps went away. Now I'm afraid to try it again. Plus, I much prefer the finish of the Bare Essentuals loose powder. I just was looking for something easier to transport and use on the go.

My facialist recommended this product as an adjunct to sunscreen. Its smell takes a little getting used to (it's been described as something akin to frying bacon) but it'll grow on you. I love the glow it gives my face and have gotten lots of compliments on how great my skin looks. It's pricey but a bottle lasts quite a while. I read somewhere you don't have to use it absolutely every day so on days I don't go outside (sometimes happens; I work from home) I sometimes cheat and skip an application.

This stuff was a lifesaver after I underwent some lasering for rosacea around my nose. I like it better than most concealers because it covers well but is extremely light. It would seem too mask-like to put a layer on all over the face but it's great for hiding spots. Laura Mercier's shades are plentiful and tend to be yellow-toned (like Bobbi Brown's), rather than pinkish.

Don't know how many tubes I've gone through of this stuff. Great for face and as a body exfoliator. It consistently wins notice from the editors at Allure, so even the pros endorse it.

Although I've never put it on my fingernails, this is awesome toenail polish...stays shiny and lasts for at least 10 days. In fact, I've never had it chip. Just wish it came in more colors.
