Frankly, in general gloss is a problematic issue, and this particular one does not have anything extra to offer so you spend money on it. Yes, it's not sticky, quite pleasant but it's staying power is pretty poor and it has an unpleasant smell that you'll feel right under your nose.

I have already 3 shades: Ballet Russe, Byzantine and Rouge Orage, and am about to buy Legende. The texture and the colors are just fabulous!

Almost as good as one of Shiseido's. Indeed, stays for hours, not too soft and not too hard, does not go into lines, the colors are great and fit most of Interdit lipsticks.

The colors are sophisticated, clear, the shadow will stay for hours. The texture is fantastic: not to shiny and not too matte-perfectly in the middle and blends very well. And of course, the elegant Givency package.

Well, if you wish to end up with black under your eyes after few hours- go and buy it. Frankly, i cannot possibly grasp how some famous make up artists can recommend it as "the best mascara".

The quality is mediocre, does not reveal what it promises. Don't waste your money and time and go for Lancome, seriously.

If you apply it with your fingers-looks like no make up at all, blends so smoothly. the only downfall- after few hours my combination skin looked a bit dry.

I'm not sure if i'm crazy about color choice, but quality wise it's definetly great eyeshadow: easy for application, lasts all day and most important of all: it doesn't have this annoying shine like Dior's or Lancome's eyeshadows. Really great product if you love these colors. And the package gives you a sensation that you own something really precious.

Indeed, Shu Uemura eyeshadows are one of the best i've ever tryed, the application is so smooth, great matte texture, stays put all day long, package is very neat and "right", lasts for ages. I have brown 831, which is very deep pink and i use it also as a blush-great affect.
