Bought this in a lovely, festive shade (actually, my husband saw it on the shelf and thought the color was amazing). Life became very busy during this period. I applied two coats but no top coat as I normally do. I had shiny, gorgeous nails with few, if any, chips for several days!

The ingredients to this are simple: Mineral oil, petrolatum, beeswax, ceresin, and Vitamin A. It makes short work of makeup removal--even heavy, waterproof formulas and tints come off very easily. I use a foaming cleanser afterward and then apply just the tiniest amount over my entire face and neck for skin which is akin to velvet.

This gentle scent saw me through so many of my "firsts;" First boy/girl dance, first slow dance, first crush, first date, you name it. It has an innocent, soft, powdery scent which I still love and wear. My sister has a heartfelt attachment to this as well.

This is a sheer, sparkling fragrance with notes of wild berries, mandarin, honeysuckle, gardenia petals, soft jasmine, vanilla, caramel, and sandalwood. It is feminine and oh-so-sexy.

For many years, I used nothing but the most expensive natural-hair brushes. I love this set! It is a true bargain for about $7.99. The brushes are sturdily made of bamboo and the bristles are of the highest quality and truly soft against your skin. This set contains a large fluffy brush for powders and highlighters; a good-sized shadow brush to apply and blend shadows; an angled crease brush to contour with darker colors; a petite eye shading brush (especially useful for bold colors); and a lash and brow comb to keep mascara defined and brows in place. They come neatly tucked in a hemp cosmetic case. Remember to wash them with a gentle cleaner regularly, and they will serve you very well for a long time.

Many Lancôme fragrances have a heady, sensual Oriental aura to them. I used to love "Magi Noir." It was dark, mysterious, something out of the Orient in a way which is hard to describe. "La Vie Est Belle" is the first-ever "Iris gourmand," an all-natural derivative of iris. It is intertwined with patchouli for a deep, smell-and-smell again, sexy fragrance. It is the ultimate in sophisticated femininity.

When I first started selling this in high school, I was seventeen. I began to love taking baths with this, but hurriedly cleaned away the ring left around the tub (it came in collectible decanters at that time). I thought that it was removing some imperceptible dirt I didn't know I had! I can laugh now, but I was horrified then. Use it for the silkiest skin imaginable, but clean the tub thoroughly afterward to prevent problems.

I love the softness of this body wash. It's due, in part, to the addition of argan oil. It also has soybean and sunflower seed oils. The floral--mainly jasmine--fragrance is so gentle, so appealing. It lathers well and leaves skin deeply and thoroughly hydrated and silky, as the name says.

Last summer, I was relaxing in the backyard and unknowingly being bitten by a plethora of mosquitos. I had a ring of bites which never quit went away--the scars remain and make me self-conscious about wearing sleeveless clothing. Now I'm super-vigilant about bugs and the diseases they carry. This product keeps them away. I can once again RELAX fully in my yard or anywhere outside.

Avon does a lot of things PERFECTLY. They were the first to introduce alpha hydroxy acids to women (and men). Their lotions (Care Deeply, Moisture Therapy, and Silicone Glove) are hard to beat for hydration. My husband and I LOVE the Avon "Naturals Antibacterial Hand Gel." The scents are hard to resist. We both leave them on our desks at school and the kids help themselves. So do we. When we do, we get a whiff of delight and a boost in confidence that germs are being killed!
