Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil

    Great stuff but expensive

I used this in high school and it helped clear up my acne and make my skin look near flawless. Plus it goes on like a thick kind of oil serum and really works as a great primer for make up. love it!

  • Clarins Truly Matte Blemish Control

I like the applicator on this but the actual fluid smells terribly of rubbing alcohol or something. not recommended. does not clear up acne well. dries skin out

  • Cellex-C Betaplex Clear Complexion Mask

By far the best face mask I have ever used. Clears up breakouts FAST and cools irritation also. Great for reactive acne prone skin!

  • Cellex-C Skin Perfecting Pen

I absolutely love this skin perfecting pen. It helps with any kind of redness/irritation and really helps with breakouts esp if you have sensitive/reactive and acne prone skin. The only thing with this is that you have to use it sparingly bc it goes REALLY fast if youre not careful. Plus, its kind of expensive.

  • Cellex-C Sea Silk Oil-Free Moisturizer

Athough I dont agree with the fact that it's like 50$, it is DEFINITELY WORTH IT especially for sensitive and acne prone or oily skin types. This moisturizer goes on almost as a gel type serum it is cooling, feels great on the skin and is not greasy AT ALL. It will last you awhile as its very spreadable and does not require a lot to use daily. The only downside really is the price.

  • Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel

While I like the feel of this moisturizing gel and am glad it doesn't break me out, it doesn't do much else. I mean it does hydrate the skin well and has a nice texture, but as far as any further benefits, there are many that are evident enough to notice. I think this is great for sensitive, reactive or acne prone types because it wont break you out, but for someone like me who wants a multi-tasking product that assists with all skin concerns, this just fell short. Also, buy the small version of this for $12.50. A little serum goes a long way, there's really no reason to get this huge size unless youre already a huge fan of it.

  • Lancome Genifique Youth Activating Concentrate

I actually received a 7 day sample supply of this at a macy's counter, Although it says 7 day supply, there is def. enough in the packets to last longer; it lasted me about 2-3 weeks approx. Honestly, this serum was just okay for me. I think someone with a dryer skin type or a combo to dry type or even a normal skin type would fare better. I have combination to oily sensitive reactive acne prone skin so aside from improving my skin's texture, it didn't do much else to improve fine lines or anything. Thankfully though, it also did not irritate my skin which was awesome so no harm done. I am glad I didn't have to purchase this to try it, but I would not recommend it to oily combo types really.I do like the texture of this serum, it goes on nicely without being greasy so if you do decide to try it, it probably won't hurt you.

  • BeautyBlender The Original BeautyBlender Makeup Sponge

This sponge was a GREAT idea, don't get me wrong. I even shelled out the $25 + tax to purchase one. And it's a great beauty tool makes foundation application literally flawless (similar effect if you apply with fingers). It's great for people who don't want to touch their face. My only issue with this item is it's WAY TOO MUCH for a damn sponge. Like literally a ridiculously high price for something that is made out of like sponge and synthetic fibers. Anyway, my point is after I purchased this online, I found a VERY SIMILAR item pretty much identical to this one but in purple from Sonia Kashuk at Target for $9.99. Now, I am really cheap, but thats half the price of this one and does the SAME job. I would recommend the Sonia Kashuk blender over this one as it's cheaper (more economical as the fibers do eventually break down) and in purple, which is better than pink. Plus, Targets are everywhere which means you can go pick it up and save cash on shipping. :D

  • Burt's Bees Herbal Complexion Stick

I really like the medicinal smell of this blemish stick, but it did not do anything for my breakouts. I like that it seemed to cool at first, but then after reading the ingredients I found it has like 14% alcohol and totally proved it as my face was sufficiently dry after using this. Not only that, but my acne didn't get better or worse and was if anything completely unaffected by this formula. And the alcohol made my skin itchy and dry
