I’ve been wearing extensions for years. As a hairstylist, I take great pride in my hair and easily gain extension clients because of how well my extensions blend with my own hair. I have had these for TWO WEEKS (fourteen days) and this hair is already tangled and matted. Before I even put the hair in, I had to tone them. I ordered these in Ice Breaker, which they claim is their brightest and whitest shade. They were SO yellow I couldn’t even try to wear them in public until I fixed them. The customer service was fantastic until all of their options (deep conditioners, oil, brushing the hair before and after installation) were exhausted. Nothing has improved the quality of the hair. I now have heard nothing in days, when before they were getting back to me within a few hours. Do yourself a favor and go to Sally’s. Their hair is better quality than this garbage.
