Too Faced Shadow Insurance Primer

I have recently started using eye primers, this is the 3rd to 4th I've tried.

I'm new to eye primers, I've used a couple of drugstore brands and a couple of, what I call higher end brands, and they are quite different. I started using some of the too faced products about a year ago. I have extremely dry skin and very sensitive eyes do to a central nervous system disorder, I'm always afraid to spend a lot on makeup, only for it to end up in a drawer because my skin. My husband bought me this one, after my daughter bought me the too faced semi chocolate for Christmas last year. I really liked it but, when I used this primer with it, I couldn't believe the difference!!! After the primer, the eyeshadow went on so much easier and stayed all day, even with my eyes watery!!! It does make the eyeshadow a little harder to come of but, that keeps me from smudging during the day. Also, it takes very little, I couldn't believe how small amount it took for both eyes. It maybe a little costly in the beginning but, in the long run you will have saved! The only thing I wish too faced would do, is offer smaller amounts of their foundation and other products, as to were we didn't have to spend quite a lot and not be able to use it. The closest store for me is about an hour and a half, so I order online, im afraid to buy the full size and not be able to use it. I know you can get samples in the stores but, I can't get to the stores very offen, about 3times a year. It would be helpful to be able to buy smaller amounts so if it didn't work. But, this primer I was very lucky, it works great!!!
