  • Origins You're Getting Warmer Purifying Clay Mask

This stuff smells heavenly and does a pretty good job. I don't know if the warming action really improves the performance of this mask, but it feels great. Origins Clear Improvement Mask does a better job overall, but doesn't feel or smell as good as this!

  • Origins Out of Trouble 10 minute Mask

This more or less does what it claims. The small is a little off-putting, probably due to the sulfur. The Origins Clear Improvements Charcoal Mask is a better alternative.

  • Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask to Clear Pores

Amazing stuff! Used weekly, this really helps keep my oily/acne prone skin under control and reduces breakouts. It doesn't overdry or irritate my sensitive skin, and when it is removed it leaves behind skin that is sooo clean and soft. Worth every penny - one of the few items I don't cheap out on!

  • Clinique Acne Solutions Clarifying Lotion

The Clinique Acne system actually cleared me up well and I had the smoothest, most blemish-free skin of my life - but it also irritated my skin so much my face was always redder than the rest of my skin. I continues to use it for a while hoping that it was just a temporary thing, but it persisted. It didnt really dry me out or make me itch or anything - just turned me pink. I got tired of co-workers and others asking me why my face was red so I discontinued it.

  • Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Creme

    Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Creme

    Incredibly Disappointed

I love Burt's Bees and I heard good things about this cream so I coudn't wait to try it out. I applied it before bed and did socks and the whole deal, but my feet never got any more moisturized! I used if for days and it almost seemed like it was drying them out more, which was a surprise considering how rich this cream is.

  • Burt's Bees Peach & Willowbark Deep Pore Scrub

This scrub works well as a cleanser but I think it is meant for someone with drier skin, because when you rinse, it leaves behind a residue that feels like Crisco, kind of waxy or greasy. That feeling goes away after a bit, but as someone who already has oily skin, it was a bit disconcerting. I picked it up because it contains Willow Bark, which works very well on my acne prone skin and would have given this a much higher rating if it didnt leave that waxy feeling behind.

  • Boscia Oil-free Daily Hydration SPF 15

Boscia Oil-free Daily Hydration SPF 15

    Great for oily/acne prone skin

I usually never use moisturizer or sunscreen because its hard to find one that doesn't make me greasy or break out. This is the first that I've found that I can stick with. It makes my skin feel softer and gently hydrated, but not at all oily or greasy. Even as the day wears on, I still stay mostly shine free. I have used it for about a month so far and have not had any trouble with this product as I have with so many others. Its a little pricier that what I'd like, but since its the first thing I have found to work for me (after countless attempts with other products!) I am staying with it.

  • Kiss My Face Cell Mate 15 - (Face Creme & Sunscreen)

This cream smells wonderful and I love the brand. Although the package says its suitable for normal to oily skin, I have to disagree and say to watch out if you have oily or acne prone skin. The cream leaves me feeling oily or greasy, even when I only use a tiny drop, which probably is not enough product to give me the sunscreen protection I am looking for. I don't think its contributing to any breakouts, but I can have a just-washed face, put a drop of this on, and look so shiny you would think I haven't washed my face in days. I think this would be an excellent product for drier complexions.

  • Burt's Bees Herbal Complexion Stick
    9.0

    Burt's Bees Herbal Complexion Stick

This has worked very well for me

I have hormonal acne that always leaves my chin broken out. I have tried a million things with varying levels of success. I was very surprised to try this and find that within days, my chin area was clearing up and looking much better. The many whiteheads I always have there were greatly reduced, the ones that were left were smaller and less noticeable and the larger blemishes were healing. The downsides? The bottle runs out so quickly (mine lasted about a week), you can definitely feel this stuff when you put it on (warm tingling) and the smell is weird. Having said all that, however, I feel its worthwhile due to how well it is clearing up my problem areas.
