As long as you don't use too much, this product works well to keep hair relatively smooth, but it does nothing to actually keep hair straight. If your hair is naturally curly, it will start to get wavy and curl at the ends just a little while after you straighten it. I would still reccommend it though, because it helps lessen damage to regularly straightened hair.
