134 RepliesI love having my daughter and I am far more patience and understanding with her than I would have been in my 20s.
people still ask for advice
I can finally start relaxing after getting my house & other bills paid off, now I can travel more enjoy life!
I guess it would have to be that you have more confidence and worry less about what other people think. I could do without the evils of gravity, though!
What I really love about getting older, is that it opens so many doors to great opportunities that you have to fight so hard for when you are youger and no one really takes you seriously. My husband tells me I haven't changed in 22 years of marriage (he doesn't realize it's inside). I feel really free to be exactly who I am.
For me, the best part of getting older is coming to terms with the past, and gaining the ability to accept things as they are, not as I might wish them to be.
I say all the wisdom I have Gained and the memories I have made.I also think that making mistakes while you are younger make us learn more.
My favorite part about getting older is not taking my blessings for granted, and realizing each day is a beautiful gift.
I guess the best part of growing older is that you can pretty much do what you want and don't have to ask for permission anymore. Even better than that is....after you go through Menopause...no more periods!!!
All these wonderful products to pamper myself keep those numbers a secret allowing me to maintain and show off that youthful appearance.
